In the darkest of times we can feel so very alone. Sorrow, pain, heartache. Sometimes the struggle feels like it is just too much and we feel we cannot go on. The weight of the world resting on our shoulders. It is in the darkest times that we are lifted up. The Spirit is with-in and if we can breathe, have faith and trust, the light of the Creator can shine into the darkest spaces. Have hope, my dear ones and join me in this vision of coming through the dark into the light.

I had a dream.

I dreamt I was standing inside a hole,

Dug into the earth.

The soil was black and the night was dark.

There was no moon or stars.

Just the black of night.

I move my hands around the earth and find a spade.

And a gentle voice calls to me,

Dig.

So I dig because I know that voice.

It is a voice very close to my very own heart.

It calls to me,

Dig deeper.

So I dig.

What am I digging for?

I ask into the darkness.

The voice gently whispers,

Keep going.

Soon I am surrounded by this hole that I have made.

Darkness surrounding me.

Sweat dripping from my brow.

I stop to wipe my face and the voice urges me on.

Keep digging.

It whispers.

So I continue lifting each shovel full of soil,

Sweating with the toil.

I take a deep breath and suddenly there is a light from within me.

I breathe again and the light grows brighter.

Keep digging.

What am I digging for?

I ask again.

Try again.

Trust me and keep digging.

I dig.

My muscles burn with effort.

I dig through the thick,

Dark soil.

I stop a moment to wipe my sweaty brow with my dirty hand,

Leaving a streak of black across my brow.

Keep digging says the voice.

I dig deeper and deeper.

I breathe deeper and deeper.

Shovel by shovel and with each breath,

My light grows brighter.

What am I digging for?

I ask again.

You will see,

Keep digging urges the voice.

The deeper I go,

The brighter I get.

I dig until I can no longer see the dark.

The light illuminating for me is brighter than a golden sun.

The darkness is beyond my perception.

I only see radiant golden light.

It is then that I notice I am floating freely in space,

Light as air.

There is no more darkness,

Only light.

I take a deep breath.

And I feel a deep peace in every part of my being.

Light radiating out from me.

The brightness of my soul outshines the shape of my body.

I am a pulsing golden light as bright as a star.

Afloating,

Radiating peace,

Joy.

I glimpse around me and see holy light.

I am connected to the all and to the one.

I know peace.

I know love.

I know oneness.

I am completely loved.

I am completely at ease.

I am completely free.

I am completely joyful.

In the deepest darkness of my greatest struggles,

I know I am not alone.

The spirit is urging me on.

I find my breath which connects me to the God.

The one,

The spirit,

The creator.

Find your breath.

Peace.

It is always with you.

Sometimes you have to struggle through the darkness to find the light.

May you find the light on this day.

Wishing you many blessings.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.

May you find the light on this day.
