Gentle Nutrition Meditation In this track,

You will explore what nourishing your body feels like,

Rather than what it looks like.

You will scan the body,

Learning the sensations of what sustainable eating is,

As opposed to the unhealthy eating patterns you've been stuck in.

Begin in a comfortable position,

Closing the eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Another deep belly breath in through the nose and slowly exhaling through the mouth.

Taking one more deep belly breath,

Allowing the body to release any tension,

Coming to a space of relaxation,

Allowing the palms to face up,

Allowing the energy to flow through the entire body without constriction.

This is health,

Allowing energy to flow through the body freely,

Without any blockages.

Imagine the breath flowing freely through the entire body.

Imagine energy going through each vein in your entire body,

Through each cell,

Through each molecule.

Everything moving with ease,

Achieving a state of balance and harmony.

Take a few more moments to dive into the body,

To feel each cell.

Realizing these cells are what make the home you live in.

What foods feel good within the body.

How do you want to build your home?

Is it made of sunshine,

Water,

Air and earth?

What foods contain these essential elements that will allow the body to glow with vibrant health?

What foods will fuel your life?

It's not about punishment,

Deprivation or guilt.

It's about nourishment,

Picking the premium fuel to fuel your life.

Release your past knowledge about what you've been told is healthy or unhealthy.

Allow yourself to gauge what foods feel nourishing for you.

Releasing nutritional information and focusing on the food's energy.

Is it radiate as you want your body to or is it empty and lifeless?

The biological makeup of your body craves health.

Your body will always rebel if you're focusing on cutting foods,

Limiting your calories,

Fat,

Carbohydrates or anything else.

Allow yourself to open up to what nutrients will guide your body to function optimally.

Gently ask yourself what foods will allow me to cherish my body?

What do I need to sustain myself?

Is this nourishing my body,

Mind and soul?

If you're craving cookies,

Carrots and celery simply won't cut it.

Allow yourself to nourish your soul when it asks.

Take time to connect to yourself,

Spending time honoring where you're at in your journey.

Allow your body wisdom to guide you to make food choices,

Not looking to nutritional labels,

Diet programs or anything else external.

You can eat what you love.

You have 100% permission to free yourself from food.

Opening up to all of the possibilities in the world.

Allow yourself to be aware of what your body is telling you it needs.
