Visualization Meditation In this meditation,
I will guide you to a place of freedom,
Opening up your right brain's creative ability to plant your intentions into the subconscious,
Attracting the life you really want to live.
Begin in a comfortable position,
Drawing your shoulder blades towards one another,
Opening up the chest,
Exhale,
Relaxing the shoulders away from the ears.
Turn your palms face up,
Receiving positive energy,
Unclenching your jaw,
Keeping your mouth together,
Inhaling through the nose,
And exhaling.
Take another deep inhale,
Filling the belly,
Allowing the air to fill up the lungs as much as you can,
And slowly exhaling,
Allowing each inhalation and each exhalation to match in length.
Enjoying the natural ebb and flow of the breath,
Hearing you deeper into relaxation,
Riding a wave into your subconscious.
Imagine yourself looking in a long mirror.
You're wearing a white plush robe.
Its fabric is soothing and warm on your skin.
Imagine a beautiful white light shining down on you,
The rest of the room is dim.
This light is showering you in pure love.
When you're ready,
You slowly remove your robe,
Staring at your reflection of your naked body just as it is.
Allow yourself to play with the idea that you love what you see.
Maybe begin by staring directly into your eyes,
Looking deep within yourself.
What do you see?
Repeat silently or aloud.
I choose to focus on feeling good,
Excited,
Frisky,
Passionate,
Hopeful,
Optimistic,
Grateful,
And joyful.
When worry or shame creep in,
I choose again to allow myself to focus on the good.
I focus on feeling good in my body,
Mind,
And soul.
Now imagine what it looks like to nurture your body.
What actions and behaviors do you take?
How do you talk to yourself?
What do you feed yourself?
How do you move?
What do you look like?
What do you feel like?
How do you do things differently?
What kinds of things would you do that you don't do now?
Allow yourself to drift into this visualization,
Focusing on what your life looks like as you focus on feeling good.
Be patient and gentle with yourself through this process.
When you're in alignment with the feeling good and focusing on being well,
Your body will begin to resemble this.
Now coming back to yourself looking in the mirror,
Notice this beautiful white light radiating out of you.
Love and beauty radiate from within,
Shining through you,
Knowing that you can feel and do and be what you imagined right now.
Allow yourself to live in the now,
Feel good,
And be well.
