Hi,
I'm Gerl the Inner Healing Empath and this is an Energy Reset and Renewal Meditation.
This meditation is to help you to release emotional overload and start the new year with clarity and lightness.
I invite you to find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down.
If you would like to,
I invite you to close your eyes or if you don't feel comfortable doing that,
Then gaze softly down towards the floor.
Take three slow deep breaths.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Letting your body soften and your mind quiet.
As you settle into stillness,
Begin to focus on your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm as the air comes in and goes out.
The cooler air as you breathe in,
The warmth as you breathe out.
Now imagine a gentle stream of light flowing down from above,
Entering the crown of your head.
This light is soft and soothing,
Glowing with a color that feels healing to you.
As it enters your body,
It begins to wash away any heaviness or emotional residue you may be carrying.
With every inhale,
This light grows stronger,
Filling your mind,
Your heart and your entire body with a sense of renewal.
With every exhale,
Imagine releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Old emotions,
Fears or energies that aren't your own.
Visualize these energies leaving your body as a dark mist,
Dissolving harmlessly into the universe.
Feel yourself growing lighter,
Clearer and more at peace with each breath.
Now imagine your heart as a glowing center of energy.
See it shining brightly,
Radiating love and compassion out into the world.
Say silently or out loud,
I release what is not mine.
I welcome light,
Love and clarity.
I honor my empathic gifts and nurture my boundaries.
Take a moment to visualize your month ahead.
What do you see yourself doing this month?
See yourself moving through January with ease and grace,
Protected and centered in your own energy.
Now take three deep breaths,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And when you're ready,
Slowly return back to the present.
Start wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Stretch and carry this sense of balance and renewal with you.
