Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Close your eyes if it feels safe to do so.
And now start bringing your hands to your heart and sensing your heartbeat.
Take one more deep breath in and exhale as you start feeling more and more grounded and attuned to your heartbeat.
Let's take one more deep breath in and exhale.
Say these words with me out loud or in your mind while you keep sensing your heartbeat.
Breathe in your heart,
I am in control.
I choose the way I want to feel.
I am in charge of my emotions.
Keep feeling your heartbeat.
My success is inevitable.
I am unshakable.
I am always in charge of me.
Soothe in,
Breathe in your heart.

Take a deep breath in and let it all out.
