Welcome to this meditation for healing.
My name is Belle and I'll be guiding you through the next few minutes.
Begin by finding a comfortable position either lying or sitting down.
Close your eyes and gently take a few deep breaths allowing yourself to fully arrive and be present in this moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply bring your awareness to any areas of your body that may be in need of healing.
Notice any tension,
Discomfort or pain and gently send your breath to these areas allowing them to soften and relax.
Visualize a soft soothing light surrounding you,
Enveloping you in its warmth.
With each inhale imagine this healing light entering your body,
Filling you with love and compassion.
With each exhale release any physical or emotional pain you may be holding on to.
As you breathe and visualize repeat the following healing affirmations silently or aloud allowing them to resonate deeply within you.
I am surrounded by healing energy restoring me to wholeness.
I trust in my body's ability to heal itself both physically and emotionally.
I release any pain or negativity allowing space for healing and growth.
I am worthy of love and support on my healing journey.
I forgive myself for any past hurts or mistakes and I embrace the opportunity for healing.
I am strong,
Resilient and capable of overcoming any obstacles in my path.
I am grateful for the gift of healing and I open myself to receive it fully.
With each repetition feel the healing energy flowing through you,
Washing away any blockages or obstacles in its path.
Allow yourself to surrender to this process of healing,
Trusting in the transformative power as you continue to breathe deeply.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with vibrant flowers and lush greenery.
Imagine yourself walking through this garden,
Feeling the earth beneath your feet and the sun warming your skin.
With each step feel yourself growing stronger and more vibrant,
Filled with renewed energy and vitality.
Allow this image to fill you with hope and optimism for the future,
Knowing that healing is always possible.
When you are ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently stretch your body and open your eyes.
Carry the sense of healing and renewal that you've cultivated with you as you move through the rest of your day or evening.
