We'll start by getting comfortable and taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth,
Letting your shoulders fall away from your ears,
Letting your body sink into the surface that you're laying on.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth,
Letting your body feel supported,
Letting your muscles slowly release.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
This time holding at the top of the inhale.
And exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth.
And I'd like you to continue with a few more of these deep,
Grounding breaths.
With each breath,
Just imagine letting go of any of the energies,
Any of the thoughts that have followed you into the session tonight.
Letting all of those go.
And also being kind to yourself.
If thoughts do pop into your head,
Just gently guiding your awareness back to your breath.
As you continue with this breathing,
The full moon is a beautiful time to really let go of anything that's no longer serving you.
Full moon tends to bring up emotions,
Bring up things that you need to deal with but don't want to.
And so it can leave us feeling really depleted,
Really chaotic.
And so I want you to set an intention to utilize this time to just reconnect with who you are and what your purpose is,
Whatever that may be.
What I'd like you to do now is just bring your awareness to the breath.
You can just come to a nice natural rhythm or if it's comfortable,
You can continue with that deep,
Grounding breath.
I'd like you to notice the sensations as you breathe in.
Notice where in the body the breath goes to.
Notice which parts of your body expand and lift to invite that breath in.
Take your attention now to the exhale.
Notice any sensations in the body as you release that breath back into the world.
Notice the muscles as they relax.
Notice the temperature of the breath as it leaves.
Just know that you can always bring your awareness back to the breath,
Back to your body.
You can bring your awareness now to that space in the middle of your chest,
Your heart center.
I'd like you to envision a beautiful,
Emerald light filled with love,
Acceptance,
And joy emanating out from your heart center.
Radiating to the space in front of your chest,
Above your chest,
And below your heart center.
With each breath that you take,
That feeling of joy,
Love,
And acceptance begins to expand throughout your entire body.
Every exhale creates more space for those sensations to fill your entire being with this beautiful,
Emerald light,
And the magnificent sensation of unconditional love,
Joy,
And acceptance for where you're at,
Who you are,
And all the beautiful things that make you you.
I invite you now to set your intention for the session today.
It can be along the theme of letting go,
Or it can be whatever pops into your mind,
A picture,
A sentence,
A word,
Whatever that may be for you.
I'd like you to sit and focus on this intention.
Just a few breaths before you let the intention go like a cloud gently drifting away as you surrender to the sounds.
