If you are looking for a quick but effective practice,

Universe is with you today.

Namaste,

You beautiful soul.

My name is Guru.

Consider me as your guide for your today's meditation.

Find your most comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and tune in to your breath.

Let the breath breathe you.

Feel the inflow and outflow of air.

Now imagine sitting in a pool of water or light.

Use your intuition and choose one out of water and light for your imagination.

Try to become one with it.

Now draw the lego light up through your body to the top of your head with the inhale.

And release the breath out the top of your head and let that light shower down around you like a fountain returning to the pool.

Clearly see it coming out from the top of your head and flowing down and then merging in the pool again.

Keep circulating the energy like this with each breath.

You can also allow the energy to pour through your arms and out your fingertips as well.

Allow this energy to cleanse and purify and brighten your being.

Allow it to pour out into the world freely.

Now add a feeling of love and gratitude,

Generating feelings of peace and compassion and flowing out from your body and going back in your body.

With every inhale bring love,

Joy,

Peace in your body and spread it out into the world.

A fountain of breath rising up through the body and flowing out the top of your head,

Showering down energy all around again and again.

Keep on visualizing this beautiful scene.

See yourself as a source bringing in and out this heavenly moment.

Now keep on repeating this whole pattern and whenever your mind wanders bring it back on this beautiful visualization.

Now take an inhale and let go of the exhale completely.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Congratulations you are healing.
