To start this meditation,
Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably in upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything.
And close your eyes.
Starting.
The intention for this meditation is absolute healing within your body.
Feel your body being grounded.
And as you are grounded,
Know that the earth's core,
There are giant crystal caves all within the earth.
This makes up a large component.
Allow yourself to connect with these crystals,
With this healing energy of recognizing and realizing that the earth is here.
Knowing that the natural state of our body is absolute.
Allow yourself to just relax.
The healing,
Allow your body to balance itself.
Breathe this healing in.
Wherever you go,
This healing is with you.
You are getting better and every day,
Every instant in time,
You are doing just a little better,
A little bit better,
Every instant.
And as these instances pass,
They're compounding on each other,
Multiplying.
And these little instances of getting better and better are making you whole and healthy all times,
Right here and right now.
I declare healing on my body.
I declare absolute health on my body.
Now,
I declare absolute balance.
I feel myself loosening up,
Allowing whatever happens to happen.
Knowing that I am in,
Knowing that I came on this world to experience this reality,
To give myself a chance to grow and expand no other way.
I can grow and expand knowing that I am infinite.
And since I am positive,
I am able to gain whatever lessons I need,
Whatever experience I have,
Allowing the experiences with every instance.
Truly feel yourself getting better in every instant.
Feel the light of the sun healing every aspect.
Know that everything that happens,
Another form of health,
Another form to heal you.
Whatever clothes you're wearing,
Whatever material you have,
We declare that this material at each infinitesimally small level has energy within it that is healing us,
That is allowing us to change in a positive way.
All of our clothes,
Our skin,
Our body,
Our organs are healthy.
We are growing and expanding.
Whoever we're around heals us.
Everything that happens is good and healing within our body because we say so.
This allows us to take advantage of every moment,
Every moment,
Everything we wear,
Everything we do to heal us in absolute.
We are healed fully.
Our bodies are balanced and stay perfectly,
Allowing us to do whatever we need to do to help make a change and a difference in the world,
To help change our reality and others reality around us.
This is a new version of us.
Every instance,
In every instant,
We choose to be the version of us.
Through all dimensions,
That is healed and healthy.
Through all dimensions,
That is choosing health,
That is choosing growth,
That is choosing to expand in a positive way,
That is choosing our bodies to be balanced in this moment.
Feel that no matter what has ever happened in this instant in time,
You are choosing to become a new version of yourself that has always been healed,
That has always been balanced,
That has always been healthy.
Allow this new version of yourself to vibrate through reality in space-time,
Commanding healing on your body,
Commanding balance on your body,
Commanding health and healing balance on your mind,
And allowing all dimensions of you to choose this path of healing.
Feel this healing going through all dimensions of you that exist,
Allowing you to exist in a reality of health in this moment.
You are greater in your greatness.
