Good morning and welcome back to your centre.

My name is Hannah and I'm so glad that you're here.

Let's start the day by filling up our cup.

We cannot give from an empty cup.

By showing up for yourself this morning,

You are pouring care and love into yourself first,

Then allowing the overflow to spill into others.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat and closing down your eyes.

Feel your spine lengthen and relax your shoulders.

Take a smooth breath into your belly,

Feel it expand and a soft exhale through your mouth.

Take two more deep breaths like this to wake up your lungs and invite fresh energy into your body and release any stagnant energy or sleepiness.

Now returning to your normal nasal breathing.

Maybe you notice some physical sensations arising.

The point of contact your body makes with your seat or the ground beneath you.

The clothes on your body.

The temperature of the air on your skin.

Welcoming any sensations or thoughts as they come into your awareness.

We're not trying to push them away but rather let them pass through just like clouds in the sky.

Now we'll repeat some self-care affirmations to help you move through your day with a positive mindset and a full cup.

Repeat after me.

I am worthy.

I am in tune with myself and my needs.

I am my own best friend.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

I am secure in my abilities.

I am grateful for my body and all it can do.

I am confident in saying no to things that do not serve my highest good.

I am attracting opportunities,

Experiences and people that will serve my highest good.

I am excited for the day ahead and all of its teachings.

On your next inhale sending a bright white light into your body.

As you exhale let go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Fill your cup first and allow the overflow to spill into others.
