Wu sound exhale.

The sound of Wu is used in trauma therapy and many exercises to calm our nervous system.

Just making the sound of Wu for as long as possible on the exhale,

Taking a deep nourishing inhale.

Then making the sound of Wu for as long as you can.

Taking the next deep inhale for as long as possible,

Energizing your whole body with air and oxygen.

Then making a loud and long audible sound of Wu for as long as possible.

Continuing the sound of Wu Wu exhales for as long as you like.

It's very soothing.
