Flying Unicorns Island

Imagine the island of flying unicorns for this kids sleep meditation.

An enchanted place hidden in the calm ocean waters of a very secret location.

You have been chosen to visit the unicorns in their island paradise and have some magical and peaceful adventures with these divine and lovely creatures.

If you're ready to meet the flying unicorns and have a wonderful dreamy journey to their special island then close your eyes and make sure you're ready to relax now and allow your imagination to run free.

As you may know unicorns are such pure and peaceful animals and they only allow people to see them when they are calm and relaxed and a little dreamy.

You're doing really well in this guided meditation to relax so easily now as you take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

That's great.

A big breath in and a long breath out.

One more time a big breath in and a calm breath out.

That's great.

You may feel your whole body is loose and floppy as you enjoy just letting go.

Now you're ready to really use your wonderful imagination.

Now imagine a calm clear ocean.

Somewhere that feels warm and tropical.

You see that the water sparkles here with the most lovely shade of blue.

You notice that the water is very shallow and safe and is perfectly clear.

You can see through the water a colorful reef and exquisite reef fish swimming about happily between the coral and the swaying sea grass.

Now imagine in these tropical waters there is an island.

This island is hidden beneath very low white clouds.

These clouds protect the secret location of the island so any planes flying past looking down do not see it.

And any ships passing by only see a strange mist.

But you can see this place because the unicorns are inviting you now to their island shores.

Imagine arriving now on the white sands of the purest beach you have ever seen.

The warm sand is so fine and feels so soft beneath your bare feet it almost tickles.

You feel a gentle fresh sea breeze against your skin as you walk along the beautiful shores.

The mist clears and the clouds lift.

And now you see the most magical place you have ever dreamed of.

Between the tropical palm trees,

Frolicking amidst the exotic flowers are flying unicorns.

Wow!

These stunning creatures are white as snow and are glistening with enchanted energy.

They all have powerful golden horns on their lovely heads.

You look in amazement at their huge feathery wings and silky coats which shimmer in the sunlight.

You see with delight that they have long soft rainbow coloured tails.

You can feel these unicorns radiate with love energy and goodness and kindness and peace.

They are so magical and so special and your heart is filled with joy to be in their presence.

They bow their heads and nod to you and smile gently.

You see they are eyeing you from behind their long lovely lashes.

You instantly feel so welcome here and that these loyal creatures are your friends.

You sense that they are very happy to have you here as their special guest on their secret island.

You walk up slowly,

Reach out and pat some of them.

You can feel the sheer softness and delicate perfection of their furry coats and their shimmery long manes.

But what amazes you the most are their incredible rainbow coloured tails.

Looking around at this enchanted place you see with delight there are so many flying unicorns here.

Some are resting in the green grass.

Some are smelling the exotic flowers.

Some are standing beneath the shady palms.

And some are bathing in a tropical waterfall which flows into a fresh blue pond.

Several unicorns are galloping along the white beach.

And some are standing in the shallow waves and spotting starfish.

You take your time enjoying every moment and you walk around and meet them all.

Every unicorn is so friendly and they answer your questions by speaking straight to your mind with their magnificent unicorn powers.

They are such happy animals.

This makes you feel such joy and happiness in your heart just to be here with them in their special island paradise.

This really is the most relaxing place and reminds you that everything is good in the world.

Some of the unicorns ask if you would like to go for a ride with them and you couldn't be more excited.

As you climb up onto one of the unicorns and hold onto its luscious soft mane,

A group of other unicorns joins you and together you go galloping in one big unicorn tribe.

You see all around you gorgeous unicorns with rainbow tails swishing and all running together.

You and your unicorn are at the front as you feel the wind sweeping through your hair.

You gallop across the middle of the island over an open meadow and past the refreshing waterfall and through a grove of palm trees and out onto the white sands of the island shores.

Suddenly as you make a special wish,

With a rush of energy the unicorns take off,

Spread their wings and start flying over the ocean.

Wow,

This is incredible.

As your unicorn dips and soars with its huge wings over the sparkling sea,

You feel so safe and so free.

As you look around with the wind rushing through your hair,

You see the other unicorns are behind you in one big powerful pack of flying unicorn enchantment.

As you soar over the ocean,

You look down and see a whale,

Breaching and flipping around and spurting its blowhole to say hello.

You fly now over a pod of dolphins which are looking up at you and leaping and jumping and playfully trying to keep up with you and your unicorn friends.

You laugh and wave as you hold on tight and enjoy the sensation of the wind in your hair and flying so fast,

Feeling the lightness of soaring through the open skies.

Your unicorn group circles back now to the secret island which is shrouded in magic mist,

But they know the hidden way and you fly now over the clear waters,

Over the exquisite reef and through the mist to land gently back onto the white sands of the beach.

You pat your flying unicorn gratefully and say thank you in your mind.

It has showed you this wonderful experience and you know that it is loyal to you and you can trust your unicorn with any secret you ever wish to share.

Your unicorn nuzzles into you and tells you in your mind that you are welcome here anytime you wish and you are very loved.
