Welcome beautiful heart back to another guided meditation here with your host Harrison.
Today's intention is supporting you to protect your peace.
This will be a 20 minute guided meditation for empaths,
Boundaries and inner calm.
Let us begin.
Closing your eyes if they're not closed already and finding a comfortable position.
Position either sitting or lying down whatever feels most supportive most calming for you right now Letting your hands rest naturally,
Softening your shoulders.
And with me,
For the first time here today,
Taking our first breath in through the nose,
Into the belly,
Breathing in.
And.
.
.
Continuing to breathe with intention.
And bringing your loving awareness to the space inside of you.
Perhaps you found your way today here to this meditation because you've been giving a lot of yourself.
People to conversations.
Work,
To family,
To the needs of the world around you.
Perhaps you've been listening to other people's problems,
Trying to understand someone else's emotions.
Or simply feeling.
Atmosphere and the collective deeply outside.
We are here today to help with that longing inside of you that yearns for peace.
Not because you don't love people,
Not because you want to disappear.
But because.
.
.
You desire to remain yourself.
Remain deeply in your power while being connected to the world.
So today you are invited to come home to this place.
Breathing in with me.
And.
.
.
Repeating now our first affirmation of this session,
Slowly in your internal world.
I can love deeply and still belong to myself.
I.
Can still.
Deeply.
And belong.
To myself.
Feeling.
Not just these words.
But your body,
Now in your bed or in your chair.
Your body holding you.
Your money.
Connecting you to the earth,
To the ground.
And as you continue to breathe softly.
Gently.
Even further into our body.
Into this present moment.
As you feel.
A warm,
Loving light.
Holding you.
Warm loving light.
Grounding and anchoring you.
This warm loving light that circles around you from my heart to yours.
Loving you,
Softly.
Loving you unconditionally.
Reminding you that.
You are safe here.
Reminding you that you are.
Allowed to have your own space.
And you don't need to carry everything.
Around you.
Breathing in again with me And out.
Beginning now to Imagine your internal muscles of visualization.
Imagining yourself standing.
At the beginning of a beautiful,
Heavenly.
Staircase.
The staircase rises.
Gently before you.
Made of soft luminous.
Stone.
As you begin this step,
You feel even more warmth.
Beneath your feet.
And I love you,
This guy.
Is open.
The air is clear.
At the very top of the staircase.
You see a temple of light.
A place of deep peace.
The place that belongs to you.
Don't need to climb quickly.
You don't need to rush as there is nowhere else you need to be.
So continue to breathe with loving awareness,
Loving presence.
And walk.
I step.
And with each step.
A little of the noise.
Little of the world outside.
Is left behind.
Melts off what you've been carrying.
With each step,
The expectations of other people loosens.
With each step,
The pressure to be available.
Loosens.
Each step,
Conversations,
Needs,
The urges,
The fears.
Around these.
You don't need to push any of it away.
Simply let each step,
Create even more space.
For more space to return.
To yourself.
As you rise and continue upwards.
Your body softens.
Your attention.
Becomes clearer.
Your vision.
Becomes more loving and discerning.
As you reach the top.
And the entrance to the temple.
Breathing in with each breath.
Heart beating you acknowledge and see that the temple is already open.
You don't need a key,
You don't need permission.
You simply enter.
And you feel.
And everything is quiet.
The walls are made of soft golden light.
The air is kissing your skin.
And at the center of the temple.
There is a beautiful.
Inviting space where you can rest.
Fool.
Of cushions,
Pillows.
A place where your body,
Mind,
And soul can rest,
Can rest.
Completely relaxed.
So arrive here and take one deep belly breath,
Breathing in.
And now.
And have that deep belly breath breathing in and out.
You feel this space.
Lovingly unconditionally accepting you.
Simply as yourself.
And in this acceptance,
The soft light of the temple.
Embraces you.
Surround you.
A gentle.
Boundary.
A reminder that You have an inner world that belongs.
As you repeat in your inner world.
This.
Is my space.
Peace.
Is my body.
Is mine.
As these words settle the light.
Around you becomes clearer.
Full of love,
Full of connection.
Full of clarity.
And then this.
Clarity in this.
Deeper connection.
Even more can release.
Even more of that which you've been carrying.
And fade away.
Perhaps the emotions of someone you love.
Pressure.
To make someone happy.
Conversation that you've been replaying over and over.
Perhaps the belief that protecting your peace makes you selfish.
Whatever comes to mind and whatever is present.
In this space of softness,
In this space of peace,
Allow yourself to release.
As we breathe in more of the golden light outside.
Breathing in.
And out,
Releasing.
Breathing in more golden light.
Out,
Releasing.
Your heart.
Is here.
Your capacity to love.
Is here.
And with that.
.
.
Love and attention.
You notice in the center of the temple.
Close to your heart.
Area of softness and peace.
There's a beautiful light.
Glues even brighter.
This light is even more luminous,
Even more warm,
Even more soft.
Like a heart.
Made of peace.
Feel that this light is connected to your own heart.
And with every inhale.
Light brightens.
And with every exhale,
It spreads.
Further through your body,
Through your vessel,
Through your field.
And acknowledging and sensing it.
Spread across your belly,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs.
All the way to the tip of your crown and the bottom of your feet.
This warm.
Heart-based peace film.
Turns to you.
Your peace returns to you.
Breathing in with me.
And finally here today.
You see yourself once more.
Standing up.
From your space of softness.
Standing once again at the entrance to the temple looking down at the staircase below you.
Knowing that this place of peace.
Is always here.
And when you step down,
Back out into your world,
You carry this peaceful awareness.
Each time you enter a room.
Each time you're listening to someone.
Each time you're learning to say no.
Take space.
Remember.
Remember what is always here.
Always for you.
Taking one final deep breath,
Breathing in.
And placing one hand on your heart.
Inviting in even more softness and ease.
And when you're ready.
Wiggling your toes and fingers.
Opening your eyes.
Returning to your day with more peace,
More grace.
And more of you.
