This meditation is an aide for people who are trying to live in a more intentional way and consciously co-create their life. It helps to clarify intentions and gives a chance to hone in on and invest energy into their truest dreams and desires.

Make your body comfortable wherever you are.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to focus on the sensation of your breath coming in and out through your nose.

Make your breath a little bit longer than normal.

Make your breath a little bit slower than normal.

More deliberate than normal.

The reason why we do this is to help the body to relax,

Help the mind to relax.

But for meditation,

What it does is it starts to harness the power of your attention.

You close your eyes and then you're just focusing on the movement of your breath.

Instead of focusing on so many things,

You're just focusing on one.

But after the next couple of these intentional breaths,

These deeper breaths,

Just let your breath be natural.

I'm going to invite you to take a moment to consider your whole life as it is right now.

Consider the whole thing like you're panning out.

You're looking at all the different arenas,

Your relationships,

Your work,

Your material prosperity,

Your health,

Your spirituality,

The pleasure and enjoyment aspects of your life,

Your healing,

Your process of evolution.

The list could go on.

We have so many arenas.

See all of them.

And for this meditation,

I'm going to invite you to choose one arena,

One aspect within that arena,

Something that you want to manifest,

Some situation,

Some condition,

Some thing happening that's important to you,

That is in alignment with your purpose,

Something that you would like to bring about,

Manifest,

Call into existence in your life.

You can do this meditation again and again,

So don't feel pressure about getting the right thing to manifest.

Just choose one.

Make sure that it's something important.

And when you have it,

Just hold it there in front of you,

So to speak,

In front of your mind's eye.

Maybe you can see it if you are a visualizer.

Maybe you can just speak it silently,

Whatever it is.

As you hold it there,

Energetically lean into it and really feel it out.

Just in a general sense,

I'm going to give you instructions to do this more specifically for yourself.

See how it makes you feel when you imagine having it.

See how you feel when you imagine it in your life.

Now make it even more vivid,

Like you're leaning in even closer.

Imagine yourself with this manifestation,

Whatever it is,

If it's a condition or it's a thing or it's a successful project,

A resolution,

Whatever it may be.

Imagine it being so good,

So successful,

Beyond your wildest dreams of goodness.

You don't have to be realistic in this moment.

And imagine yourself breathing into it.

Like this situation,

This manifestation,

Whatever it is,

It's so close.

It's like you're breathing into it and it's breathing into you.

Really feel yourself there with it,

In it.

Like it's so real.

Feel it with your whole being,

Your whole body,

Every hair on your head,

Every fingernail and toenail.

Imagine everything that comes as a result of it also.

Everything is connected to a vast web.

So this manifestation,

Visualize everything that comes about as a result of it.

All of the other benefits,

All of the other evolutions.

And feel that in your body too.

What would that feel like to have that in your life?

How would it transform you to be living with that manifestation?

Can you make it even more vivid?

Can you make it even more in you,

In your cells?

Can you smell it?

Can you taste it?

Can you hear it?

Can you feel it?

Can you see it in time?

Can you see it unfolding in time in the highest way?

Breathe that in.

Say yes with every cell in your body.

Say yes with every energy center in your subtle body.

Let the goodness,

Let the blessing,

Let the yes of this manifestation course through your whole being.

Let yourself be intoxicated with the goodness of this manifestation,

Of the rightness of this manifestation,

Of the alignedness of this manifestation for you in your life,

In your conscious created manifested life.

And then finish by giving thanks.

The only thing that separates is time.

But you can say thank you right now.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you from those cells so deep.

Thank you.

So good.

So aligned.

So perfect.

Thank you.

And finish by declaring to the universe,

Thy will be done.

This is what I'm calling into manifestation.

Ultimately,

Power of the universe,

It's up to you.

I surrender to what you have to give me.

Thy will be done.

Thank you.

Then with the awareness that you have declared your intention,

Feeling the gratitude,

Feeling the rightness,

Feeling the joy of this manifestation.

Keep in your breathing.

Let your body move.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
