Inspired and energised meditation.

The etymology of the word inspiration or inspired comes from in spire which means to breathe.

To create energy in your body we have to allow energy to flow through the meridians of the body.

And so becoming inspired and energised is so much closer than you can imagine in any moment.

And it's all available to you from the breath.

So in this meditation you can choose to remain with your eyes closed or open your eyes and stand up.

We're going to move some energy through the body and breathe deeply.

So take a big deep breath in and as you breathe in pull your arms into your chest.

Hold the breath and as you breathe out push your arms out like you're throwing a ball.

As you breathe in pull your arms into your chest again.

And as you breathe out push your arms out to the left and right sides.

As you breathe in pull your arms back into the chest and as you breathe out push your arms up into the air like you're reaching up to the sky.

And as you breathe in bring your arms to the chest and as you breathe out push your arms down to the earth.

Continue to repeat this pattern.

Breathing in arms to the chest.

Breathing out arms out like you're throwing a ball.

Breathing in arms back to the chest.

Breathing out arms out to the side.

Breathing in arms into the chest.

Breathing out arms up to the sky.

Breathing in back to the chest.

Breathing out pushing down to the earth.

Continue to breathe in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out.

Continuing to breathe gently.

Breathing with your body recalibrating.

How do you feel in this moment?

You might choose to move your legs into a squat position and to do the same thing again continue to breathe in this way for four,

Six,

Eight or even ten rounds.

It's up to you.

Remember energy and inspiration begins with moving energy around the body and to breathe.

Taking deep breaths in and deep long exhalations.

And all of the energy and inspiration is available to you at any moment you choose.

Calm is the super power.
