Manifesting your dream life meditation,

Otherwise known as the miracle workshop.

Close your eyes.

Let go of the moment just for a second.

The world's not gonna fall apart by you taking a second just for yourself.

In fact you get to rearrange all the particles that make up your world by doing this whenever you like.

Take a deep breath.

As you breathe in,

Fill your lungs.

As you breathe out,

Just become a little bit more present in this moment.

Feel your feet on the ground,

Your bottom in the seat,

The clothes on your back,

The chair behind you,

Wherever you are,

It's perfect.

Just relax a little.

Open your chest a little.

Breathe a little deeper.

Take yourself to a state of deep relaxation and calm through the breath.

Breathing in,

Gently filling your belly,

Gently filling your lungs,

Nourishing your insides with your breath and gently breathing out,

Allowing your breath out to be longer than your breath in.

Breathing in and out.

Gently releasing your exhale for as long as you can.

It's been proven that your mind and your body do not know the difference between you imagining something or visualizing something and that's something actually being real.

The same neurons fire off when you visualize as when something is happening in your reality.

This is why we're entering the miracle workshop.

Your body,

Your brain,

Your consciousness,

It flows towards what it knows.

So the better you know where you're going,

The easier it is to flow there.

This miracle workshop is nothing new.

This dream life manifestation is underrated and yet it is available to you in any moment,

Any time,

Anywhere.

No longer is this called a daydream.

From now on this is you consciously co-creating the life that you desire.

So continue to breathe and now imagine entering your very own workshop.

This workshop is designed by you and this workshop is a place where you feel deeply relaxed.

A place where anything is possible.

A place where you get to freely and safely play and imagine and use your creativity and connect to the feelings of having the things that you desire in this moment.

In fact the better you become at feeling the feelings of what you're imagining,

Even if you can't see it and just feel it,

The better you become at co-creating and manifesting your dream life.

The secret is in feeling it.

The success of it comes when you consistently return to this workshop and practice and play and have fun.

So let's do it.

Continue to breathe deeply and imagine for a moment that you are somewhere you feel infinitely relaxed.

This could be somewhere you've been before.

It could be somewhere you desire,

Something you imagine or a made-up combination of a number of places.

Go to your workshop.

This is your workshop.

You feel deeply relaxed.

In your mind's eye pull up a screen and on this screen play out a segment in time of your dream life.

It doesn't have to be the entire movie.

It can just be a moment in time that you desire to one day experience.

Pick something.

Pick anything.

Step into your body so that you are looking through your own eyes,

Hearing the sounds around you,

Seeing what you can see and feeling the feelings of being right there in that moment,

Experiencing it.

Most importantly,

Feel what you can feel.

Take it in.

This moment is happening.

This is your dream.

Walk through it.

Take note of the colors and the sights and the sounds and the smells.

Take note of your thoughts.

Take note of what you're wearing,

What you can feel,

What you can hear,

The temperature.

Make this experience the most vivid and bright and real and compelling for you.

It only has to be a moment.

Just feel it.

And now feel where you feel this reality in your actual body.

Where do you feel the sensations of this being real in your being?

Just take note.

This is the practice.

It's up to you.

This is your workshop.

Stay here as long as you like.

Stay connected to the feeling.

Create again.

You can picture the same segment or you can picture another segment.

You can imagine a moment in time where everything you desire has happened in a way that is more incredible than you could have dreamed.

Step into that moment so that you're in your body,

Inside of your skin,

Looking through your own eyes,

Seeing what you can see,

Looking around,

Hearing the sounds around you and feeling the feelings of being there.

What that feels like,

Wow,

This is it,

This is real.

You have the ability as a conscious human being to slip into other moments in time which are happening.

Parallel to this moment,

This is why we can cultivate these feelings.

It's magical,

It's miraculous,

It's powerful and you're doing it.

Stay connected to the feeling.

Stay here as long as you like.

Continue to breathe.

This is the practice.

This is the miracle workshop.

This very moment has carved a new neural pathway,

One that deeply and infinitely connects you to a moment in time that you have viscerally felt in your energy body.

That moment was real.

This moment is real.

The practice is to continue returning to this workshop every day,

Multiple times a day if you choose,

As often as possible.

Knowing that you are not simply daydreaming,

You're co-creating a moment in time.

You are crafting it with intention.

Continue to breathe.

You can stay here as long as you like or you can spend a short amount of time here and return to your workshop in drips and drabs,

In short little pockets and moments through your day.

In fact,

You don't even need to listen to this recording to return to that workshop.

It's with you forever.

To manifest your dream life,

You have to know it's real.

It's available to you and from that place you take action.

You take powerful action.

So whenever you're ready,

You can become aware once again of your breath.

Become aware of your surroundings.

Hold the feeling inside of you that it is already written in your DNA that your desires are true and real and they have happened.

Hold on to that feeling and just gently become aware of your fingers and your toes and your eyes and your heart and the sounds around you again.

Stay connected to those feelings you created and crafted in your workshop as you gently crack your eyes open and from this place,

What's the first thing that you feel called to do from this state of being?

Go and do it.

You get to walk through this next segment of time in a moving,

Alive,

Co-creational meditation.

Calm is the superpower.

Good exercise. I like visualizations like this where the speaker isn't trying to force your vision with suggestions but allows you to actually free your mind for your own.
