Throughout this practice you will breathe in love and breathe out love,
Filling yourself up with love and emitting it out into the world for all to receive.
Start your day with a loving energy and loving state of mind.
To begin get comfortable and close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,
Noticing its natural rhythm as it moves within you,
Feeling your body relax with each breath,
Feeling your face soften,
Feeling your shoulders and torsos sink down,
Feeling your lower body release any tension.
It is safe to receive the love that is here for you.
You are worthy to receive it and accept it.
Love is what you are at your essence.
It is within you and all around you.
It's time now to consciously tune into it.
Let love shift your state of being and consciousness as you breathe into it now.
Breathe deeply and consciously in whatever way feels most comfortable to you,
Welcoming love in,
Letting it touch all parts of you,
Allowing love to wash over your mind,
Body and heart,
Feeling the shift within you and as you exhale breathe out love.
You don't need to keep it for yourself.
There is an abundance of unconditional love for all.
Radiate it and share it.
Breathe out love for all,
Feeling the heart expand,
Allowing the natural qualities of the heart to emerge as you are one with love.
Being fully receptive to the presence of love that is here now.
Breathing in love,
Breathing out love.
Only love is here.
Take a few more moments here,
Simply being with love and with the breath and when you feel ready to end this practice,
Take three more deep loving breaths.
Wiggle your fingers and toes as you tune into your physical body and when you feel ready you can open your eyes,
Bring this loving renewed energy into your day and remember you can access this state anytime you need.
