Join us for this lazy day meditation. This meditation was designed for you to just relax. Oftentimes in life, we don't give ourselves the time we deserve to truly let go and decompress. There are days where we wake up and just want to take a nice sleepy day with ourselves, loved ones, or our pets. Today is one of those days. Sit back, relax, and allow the stress to melt from your body, you've earned it.

Welcome to our lazy day meditation.

For this session,

We invite you to make yourself as comfy as possible.

Grab a big blanket,

Put on your nice cozy sweater and sweatpants.

Cuddle up to your furry companion,

Whether that's a cat or a dog or any creature,

And just take a seat.

You've blocked this time out for yourself,

So let's take advantage of that.

We all deserve a lazy day from time to time,

A day where we can let go of all responsibilities and just relax a bit.

Though oftentimes,

We don't always allow ourselves an entire day to do such a thing.

So the least we can do is take this time you've given yourself to just relax for these few moments together.

To utilize this time where you can just listen,

Breathe,

Relax,

And decompress.

This is your chance to relax.

Let's take a few deep breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.

When we take these deep breaths,

It allows our body to stop holding in so many places,

And it allows us to just put our body down.

Take a deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

Another deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

One more deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

It feels so good to just be.

Feel how more relaxed you've become.

Breathing always helps us find our center.

You've accomplished so much this week.

It's time you give yourself a pat on the back.

You give so much to others that it's time you give to yourself.

When we are refreshed and our mind is relaxed,

Our body and mind can recharge.

It's okay to not always be doing something.

You are allowed to have days just for you.

And if not a whole day,

Then at least a few hours.

It's important to build those boundaries so that you can have time for yourself to do exactly what you want as well.

To spend real quality quiet time with your animals or with your loved ones without thinking of what you have to do next.

This time is for you.

Let's take a few more deep breaths in.

And really just take our bodies deeper into relaxation.

Deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

Deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

One more deep breath in.

You deserve this moment.

And exhale.

Let's just listen for a bit.

No intentions.

Just listening and feeling the moment.

Feel how your shoulders have lowered.

The strain that we carry has been temporarily released.

Lazy days allow our bodies to rest.

Work is work,

No matter what kind of work it is that you are doing.

So to free your mind from those duties and place yourself in the present allows you to bask in the moment which is all there truly is.

Responsibilities can be taken care of on work days.

Best days deserve rest.

And finding balance can bring our life into harmony.

As too much work burns us out and too much inactivity breaks us down.

So finding that happy medium in between work and rest can bring us true peace in our day to day life.

Not feeling guilt for taking time for yourself allows you to be free.

You deserve your own time just as much as anyone else.

And we're grateful you took some time with us.

Let's take three more deep breaths as we decompress all stress from our body.

And fully embody this moment of relaxation.

Very relaxing, soothing voice. Really enjoyed the combination of a gentle guidance then alone with healing sound to remind myself that I deserve this.
