Visualize a glowing seed floating in front of you.
This seed contains all of the information needed to reach your dreams.
You can see the seed floating in front of you,
Pulsing with life and information.
It wants to be planted.
It wants to release these dreams into reality and create them for you.
Now imagine yourself swallowing this seed.
Watch as it enters your mouth and feel as the light creates a powerful warmth all the way down your throat,
Through your torso and to the base of your spine.
The seed floating all the way down as it falls to your root and now sits between you and the ground.
As a seed sits at the base of your spine,
Let's allow these vibrations to stimulate it.
Each sound wave watering this seed,
Watering your dreams.
You begin to see it moving very subtly inside of you,
Wanting to hatch like an egg,
To sprout your dreams through you and into the world.
As you observe the seed's movement at the base of your spine,
You can feel how the vibrations are bringing it to life and you see the seed beginning to crack in its movement.
You see and feel that this seed indeed has life in it.
A life made up of your dreams.
From this crack in the seed,
You can observe as roots begin to flow out.
These roots are glowing just as bright as the seed as they contain the information of your dreams sprouting into life.
These roots are dancing within you,
Moving to the sounds and searching for their foundation to grow.
You watch as the roots find the base of your spine and take hold,
Sliding into your bones,
Into your muscles,
And into your cells,
Weaving their way through your base as they become one with your body.
They've attached to you completely and are now flowing their essence through you and into the earth below.
Connecting your body with the earth,
Unifying you both and grounding you together for your dreams to hatch.
The seed is now completely connected to you and the earth.
Your dream has been planted within you and outside of you.
You now see a vine beginning to grow from this root system inside as it begins to spiral up your spine slowly and gracefully,
Allowing your dreams to grow.
You feel these vines and see these vines moving up your spine as a warm,
Comforting heat of life.
Moving up each vertebrae in your spine,
Working its way up your body.
As you feel,
It has now reached the middle of your back and a flower is beginning to sprout.
This is your favorite flower,
The flower that means the most to you.
A flower of life.
Your life.
Swirling and pulsing up your spine,
Many flowers begin to grow within you from this vine.
These flowers contain the energy and the beauty of your dreams,
Filling you with life,
With inspiration,
With love and belief.
The vines and flowers are glowing bright inside as they wrap around your heart to protect you and hold you.
You are safe in the arms of this energetic plant of your dreams and your heart feels full of love and joy.
You can believe these dreams are what you were made of.
This beautiful plant continues to grow into your throat,
Having swirled all the way up your spine,
All the way around your organs and around your heart.
And you feel the energy of life wanting to be expressed.
Now on your own,
Speak your dreams out into the world.
Use your voice and feel the words of your dreams flowing out of your mouth as the flower petals pour from your voice.
Each word spreading your dreams into the world,
Allowing them to drift into time space.
The seed of your dreams has become a plant of life.
These vines and flowers have now reached the top of your skull,
Completely connected to you and the earth below.
But the vines want to reach higher,
Your dreams want to reach higher.
You begin to feel the vines growing out of the top of your head.
Now connecting to the space above you.
This plant has grown from the base of your spine into the earth,
Up through your body and now flows freely through you.
Your dreams are flowing through your entire body,
Filled with life,
Filled with inspiration and confidence.
Now imagine the beautiful flowers flowing through the top of your skull,
Growing larger and more vibrant.
And they continue to grow as if they will burst,
Expanding as your dreams expand.
Growing and growing until they finally do burst.
You watch as these flowers explode above you,
Spreading the spores of your aspirations throughout the world.
Fertilizing your dreams through the universe and allowing your imprint to reach the furthest reaches of existence.
The life of this plant is pulsing through your veins,
Through your body,
From the earth to the sky.
Fertilizing more seeds and spores throughout the world,
Creating the foundations for your dreams to come true.
Your goals and dreams are now a part of the world,
The universe.
And they will be responded to with love.
