Releasing fears that are keeping you from stepping into your power.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position and connecting with the body.
Breathing into the center of the chest.
Feeling each breath.
Feeling the sensations of each breath and allowing them to be exactly as they are.
Asking for even more connection now.
Imagining just a stream of light shining down upon you from up above.
A golden light so bright,
So brilliant.
You almost can't even look at it.
A light of connection of infinite power of pure love.
This light shines down on you encircling your body in a perfect column of light.
It begins to shine through your body now opening you up to your divine connection as it flows through your head and your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands flowing perfectly through your chest,
Through your stomach,
Your mid-back,
Your lower tummy,
Your lower back,
All the way into your pelvis and hips,
Your legs,
Your lower legs,
Your feet.
And finally you notice it continues to shine imagining it just connecting you all the way down into the center of the earth.
And as you sit here and breathe in this connection we just ask that the flow be perfect for you right now to release any fears that come up that don't serve you,
That are keeping you from stepping into your power,
Into that light and shining it upon others so that they may do the same.
And now we ask the body where in my body am I holding fears,
Fears that are keeping me from stepping into my power.
And I invite you just to scan your body feeling it from the head,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The chest,
The torso,
The legs and feet.
Noticing where you feel sensations or pain in your body and just go to the very strongest one,
That first one you notice.
And if you don't notice any you can simply place your attention in the center of your chest but trust what came through,
Trust those body sensations and place your attention there and breathe.
I invite you to just imagine you can breathe your breath straight into that space in your body and with it you breathe that column of light,
That loving light shining down upon you.
Breathing that loving light into that space in your body and I invite you to imagine that you can shrink down into a tiny holographic version of you and jump right into the middle of the sensation in your body.
Going right in there and simply feeling it,
Feeling that sensation as if you were a tiny holographic version of you inside the body.
Knowing that you're safe right now right here simply observing.
And now I invite you to imagine that you can take a look around.
Notice any colors,
Any textures you see inside the body from this perspective of the tiny holographic you.
Just looking around noticing,
Breathing.
Now I invite you to imagine that you can just hold up your hands,
Holding up your hands and facing them outward.
This tiny holographic version of you is doing just that.
Facing their hands outward as if energy could just flow out through the palms.
This loving light from above could flow out through the palms and into whatever color,
Whatever image,
Whatever feeling is coming up in your body right now.
We just ask that this love flows through you and into that space in your body.
And I invite you to simply observe it as this love continues to flow.
Ask it how it's feeling and see if you get an answer.
Ask it what it wants,
What it needs.
How would it like to feel?
And what would that look like?
And now I invite you to ask it what would it look like if it continued to hold on to its feelings or fears as it has been doing.
And just notice how that feels as you breathe.
And now ask it what would it look like,
What would it feel like to release those feelings or those fears?
It's just your imagination.
What would it look like?
What would it feel like?
And now you get to choose would you like to let those feelings go,
Those fears go or hold on to them?
And if you choose to hold on to them simply thank yourself for this choice.
You can continue to sit and breathe and if you chose to let them go then we simply ask for guidance on how to do that.
I invite you to breathe as these emotions begin to move,
As any messages that they have for you begin to come clear.
And we simply ask them to fall down your back and into the earth.
We ask that these fears or any energies that don't serve you here continue to be released until they've been released fully,
Completely.
Breathing in,
Asking for any further guidance,
Any further messages that this experience can give you.
Thanking yourself for going in,
For taking the time to talk to your body today.
You're welcome to stay in there and continue the dialogue lovingly,
Curiously,
Watching and observing.
Or you're welcome to take a few deep breaths.
Whenever you're ready wiggling your fingers and toes,
Gently moving your body and coming back into the present moment.
You can repeat this meditation as often as you'd like to build a stronger relationship with your body to let go of what no longer serves you and to work towards stepping into your light,
Your power.
