Today you are imagining your future self by focusing on forgiveness.
Especially today we are focusing on forgiving your parents.
Looking at any attachments,
Any cords and also any behavioral patterns that you are ready to forgive and really let go and send out into the light.
So that is what we are focusing on today.
I am really excited for this one because it is really specific and yeah,
Let's get to it.
Oh yeah,
A quick warning at the end of this video.
Give yourself 15 seconds or so so that you can really land,
Get back in your body and get really present and you know it.
For the breast assault,
Grow a pillow,
Grow a blanket,
Sit in a lotus position,
Put your hands in the mudra and slowly start to close your eyes or eye,
Turn on the music.
Have a beautiful forgiveness session.
There we go.
Placing your hands on your knees.
Palms facing up,
Up towards the ceiling.
Your hands in the mudra,
Pressing the Jupiter finger and the thumb tips all together.
As you slowly start to focus on your breathing process.
Breathing in through your nose.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose.
Really feel the body being lifted.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Let every inhalation feel your body going deeper and deeper into that state of relaxation.
Feeling so relaxed and so calm.
Bringing your awareness towards your feet.
Feeling your feet relaxing,
Your ankles,
Your legs.
As if your legs are being pushed down into the pillow.
Your whole lower body,
Oh so relaxed,
Every muscle,
Every bone,
Oh so heavy.
Feeling your hips relaxing.
Feeling your tummy relaxing.
Any heaviness,
Any burdens fully released from your whole back area.
Oh so relaxed.
Feeling your arms relaxing,
Every single bone,
Every single muscle in your arms,
Oh so relaxed.
Feel your shoulders being pushed down into relaxation.
Feeling your chest relaxing,
Your neck relaxing.
Feeling your chin relaxing,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your nose,
Your lips,
Oh so relaxed.
All those tiny muscles in your face become so heavy.
Feeling your eyes relaxing and your eyelids,
Oh so relaxed.
Feeling your forehead relaxing and at the top of your head you start to see a white,
Bright light.
And with every inhalation expand this light,
See it becoming bigger and brighter.
And in your mind's eyes start to pull and guide this light all the way down.
See this light rolling over your forehead,
Over your nose,
Filling up the back of your head.
See it rolling over your lips,
Over your chin,
Surrounding your neck.
Guiding this light all the way down over your shoulders,
Over your chest,
Over your back,
Over your belly,
Over your hips,
Over your legs,
Over your ankles,
Surrounding your feet in between every single toe.
Pulling this light even further down into the ground.
Feeling yourself sitting in a light bubble as you inhale and exhale,
See this light expanding at a slow pace.
Every time you inhale see this light expanding even further.
Feeling oh so grounded,
Protected and connected in this light bubble.
In your mind's eyes start to picture yourself sitting by the beach,
Feeling that sand underneath you,
Seeing that ocean in front of you,
Seeing the waves hitting the rocks,
Seeing those waves hitting the beach,
The shore.
Feeling that blue sky and the sun warming up your face as you feel that salty breeze touching your nose.
Enjoying this calm environment and every time you hear those waves you become more and more relaxed as you slowly start to invite your mom to your right and inviting your dad to your left,
Sitting in front of you.
Seeing their silhouette,
Seeing their body,
Seeing their clothing,
Seeing their neck,
Their faces,
Their hair,
Their eyes,
Their nose.
Seeing them sitting right in front of you,
Your mom to your right,
Your dad to your left.
And if you feel comfortable you can all hold hands.
If you want to you can also place your hand on your heart,
Placing your right hand on your heart as you feel your heart beat.
Imagine that they putting their hands on their hearts too,
As you feel your heart energy.
And in the middle of this circle start to invite a situation that you are ready to forgive right here and right now.
What part did your parents play in this situation?
How did your mom hurt you in this moment?
How did your dad hurt you in this moment?
Simply go over all of it and if you feel comfortable you can say it straight to their face or you can slightly tilt your head down and speak towards the middle of this circle whatever feels comfortable for you.
And when it becomes a little difficult focus on your heartbeat,
At the rhythm of the universe,
That infinite love that is inside of you.
Let all those colors out,
How did your mom hurt you?
How did your dad hurt you?
If there is a particular age you would like to go to or verbalize,
Speak on it.
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhale release out of your mouth.
And now slowly start to say to yourself and ask yourself what lessons did you learn from your parents?
In this particular moment what are you taking away?
What did you learn?
What did you change within yourself?
Now slowly say to yourself or say to your parents,
I forgive you mom.
I forgive you dad.
I hereby release any emotions that are less than love.
I hereby release any emotions that are less than love.
Fully released from our bond.
Fully released from our heart connection.
Fully released here and now.
Breathing in through your nose,
Exhale out of your mouth.
Feeling that smile in your heart.
Feeling that smile on your face and that warm sun on your nose.
Wish you all hold hands.
Lighting up your heart.
Strengthening that bond between you and your parents.
Making that bond so pure,
Full of love.
As you slowly imagine a chord coming from your heart going towards your mom and from your mom's heart towards your dad.
From your dad's heart back to your heart.
Breathing in through your nose and with your exhale blow light into those chords released out of your mouth.
Lighting up those chords making them so strong,
Full of love,
Oh so pure.
As you feel them so close to you,
They feel so together,
So connected.
And if there is anything you would like to say to them,
Now is the time.
If you want to give them a compliment or thank them,
Now is the time.
They're bathing in so much love.
And slowly start to thank yourself for this forgiveness exercise.
Thanking yourself fully.
Thanking your parents.
Thanking the ocean.
And slowly coming back to the room,
Being here and now fully back.
Fully back in the room,
Fully back in your body,
Fully present.
Feeling so so awesome,
Rejuvenated and energized.
And if you need to stretch,
Please stretch.
