Chakras transcend between the physical and spiritual planes,
Offering unparalleled opportunities for growth,
Healing,
And transformation.
Choose to sit or lie down depending on your needs for today and settle in as you allow your body the freedom to naturally align from the inside out.
The simple act of breath observation is the main technique taught to the devotees of meditation.
Invite yourself more inwards towards the inner channel of the spine extending from the tip of the head to the base of the pelvis,
Known as the Shashumna Nadi.
This Nadi follows the spine,
But it resides in a more subtle and sublime level of awareness.
It is here that resides two types of currents.
The liberating current bringing freedom,
Excitement,
And energy and the manifestation current bringing grace,
Peace,
And stability.
Manifestation without liberation leaves us in repetitive patterns,
Fearing change and clinging to security.
Liberation without manifestation leaves us spacey,
Unorganized,
And scattered.
Tune in now to the natural rhythm of the breath.
And as the body breathes in,
Ascend your attention from root to crown.
And when the body breathes out,
Descend your attention from the crown to the root.
Listen to the body and its rhythm and float your attention up and down.
In cadence with your breathing,
Move as deeply inward to the Shashumna Nadi as you are able and inhabit the space of this channel.
I will now guide you through the chakra system one by one.
When you feel the activation of the chakra,
And experience the Shakti coursing through your body,
Whether you call it charge,
Prana,
Chi,
The force,
Or any other name,
That experience is real.
Your chakras are portals of energy.
Each offers their own unique signature.
Into the essence of your being,
While simultaneously being deeply connected to all other chakras of the body.
Bring your attention into the earth or Muladhara chakra.
It is located at the base of the spine and also runs into the feet.
The legs,
The nerves,
And the intestines.
This is the foundation of our entire system connected to the right to have and honoring deeply the stability necessary for true growth.
Become the consciousness from where earth is.
Live inside the being of your Muladhara chakra.
Feel this experience is happening in the whole of your body.
Now allow the form of the earth to transform into formless energy.
Guide your attention upwards towards the hips,
Sacrum,
And genitals.
Svadhisthana chakra translates to one's own abode and is connected to the element of the earth.
Svadhisthana is connected to the right to feel and to enjoy pleasure.
Pleasure allows us to move more deeply into the temple of the body.
Live inside the inner being of your Muladhara chakra.
Pleasure allows us to move more deeply into the temple of the body.
Live inside the inner experience of your body while actively experiencing pleasure.
Notice that which is noticing the body experiencing pleasure.
Once you have filled your vessel with pleasure,
You now have the energy for power,
Love,
And creativity.
Move awareness into the gates of your third chakra,
Manipura,
Which means lustrous gem,
Located at the solar plexus,
Over the adrenal glands,
And at the base of the rib cage.
Manipura is the element of fire calling in transformation and the right to act.
Just as fire transforms matter to heat and light,
The third chakra transforms the passive elements of earth and water into dynamic energy and power.
Earth and water are subject to gravity and flow downwards following the path of least resistance.
Fire,
By contrast,
Moves upwards,
Destroying form and takes the raw energy of matter to a new dimension,
To heat and light.
If we are to rise up through the seven chakras,
It is the fire of our will that propels the movement.
Live inside the experience of Manipura and feel the inner experience the body is having.
Connect with the deeper presence that is aware of the experience of the third chakra.
Breathe into your breath and experience the element of air.
Breath in relationship to the element of air is one of the key points to opening the heart.
Anahat means untouched,
Fresh,
Or pure.
The location of Anahat chakra is the heart,
Lungs,
And thymus gland.
Feel into the right to love and be loved.
Allow the breath to release stored emotions.
Let it change your cellular structure and the consciousness of your being.
Live in the soft power of air,
Breath,
Prana,
Life force energy.
Live inside of your whole body experiencing this now and notice that which is watching life happen.
Continue to grow lighter and merge into the vibrational energy of Vishuddha chakra.
The element is sound or ether.
Location is the throat,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Ears,
And mouth.
Ether is a rarefied and highly elastic substance believed to permeate all space including that between particles of matter and can be equated with the subtler vibrations around the universe.
Any vibration,
Be it sound wave or dancing particle,
Is in contact with other vibrations and they all affect each other.
To enter the fifth chakra is to tune our consciousness to the subtle vibrational field that is all around.
Attune now to the subtle vibrational field.
Move inside.
Connect with consciousness through the vibration of ether.
Connect to the right to speak and hear truth.
Ajna chakra.
To perceive.
The element is light.
Locate the sixth chakra now in the space between the eyebrows and slightly upwards.
Also known as the third eye.
Its roots are at the back of the head where the hairline meets the skull.
Also known as the oxy put.
While your physical eyes are the organs of outer perception,
The sixth chakra relates to the mystical third eye.
The organ of inner perception.
The third eye witnesses the internal screen where memory,
Fantasy,
Images,
Intuition all intertwine.
Watching the contents of the screen,
We create meaning and bring it into consciousness.
The purpose of the sixth chakra is to see the way and bring the light of consciousness,
Which is awake and aware of one's surroundings,
To all that exists around us.
Come more deeply inside and inhabit the walls of your light being.
Allow your whole body being to be supported by the light of consciousness.
Every pore of your body experiencing the right to see with clarity.
Stay present with your awareness now.

Infinite unfolding of petals.
Come into the space of the crown of the head.
Into the right to connect with the divine and spiritual unfoldment.
It is your personal right to have spiritual expression.
Allow the crown chakra to ascend upwards like the O-ring of a Taurus,
Expanding into higher dimensions,
Awakening the soul.
Become the consciousness of this inner space.
Feel the experience.
Deepen the depth.
Lengthen the length.
Widen the width.
The vastness of the riches and treasures of the macrocosm of the universe.
Dancing with the microcosm of your being.
Know that you are directly experiencing and knowing your wholeness and your oneness simultaneously.
Do not drift from this knowing.
I'll leave you here for some time to rest in the knowing of who you are.
Gradually,
Come into my voice.
Begin to draw the energetic cords in towards your body.
Just until you can feel your physical presence come online.
Begin to sense the roots of your sense organs.
These are the gates that bridge the inner and outer worlds.
Feel that the space within you and the space outside of you are one and the same.
When you are ready,
You can slowly open the curtain of the eyelids just about a quarter of the way,
Taking in more light than form and closing the eyes once again.
When you are ready,
Opening the eyelids halfway,
Again more light than form comes in,
Closing the eyes once again.
As you are ready,
Gradually blinking the eyes a few times,
Still attending to the light more so than the form.
Come back into the visible world,
Expressing itself in infinite ways through the energetic portals of your chakras and your physical being simultaneously.
