Hi,
I'm Hesaliza and this is a practice you can do to kind of cleanse and clear your energy,
Your auric space.
Whether it's at the end of the day or sometime when you were in groups or crowds,
Whether it was the office,
A supermarket,
A music festival,
You can do this practice at any time to just feel a little bit more clear.
Releasing any energy that's not yours and feeling grounded.
So let's start first i'm standing up but you can also sit down maybe you're at your desk sitting on the floor laying down can do it any way you And so.
I am going to be standing for this,
But let's take some grounding breaths first.
With your feet flat on the floor.
No matter where you are maybe even if you're laying down you can you know put your feet on the ground for this connecting.
To the earth to the floor beneath you that is connected down to the earth no matter where you are,
How many stories up high you are.
Maybe close your eyes.
Let's take a grounding breath together first,
Deeply.
Inhaling through the nose Open mouth exhale,
Side out.
Just notice how the energy within and around you feels.
Maybe you've gone about the day.
Picking up energy from others whether it is close friends.
Or strangers,
Someone you just are passing by.
A lot of times we do pick up on that.
And it can weigh us down I like to do the clearing.
The end of the day even if i'm having a great time hanging out with friends loved ones still extra energy that I don't need to go to bed with.
So this is such a great and easy.
It can be as quick as you want or as long as you want.
Just take some breaths on your own to.

Ground in.
And anchor yourself into the practice before we start the clearing.
If it helps,
You can take more deep breaths in through the nose.
Open mouth exhales to release.
And if already you're feeling excess,
You can just start to shake the hand.
And move the body.
But we'll go ahead and for this.
Start at the top of the head.
So what we're going to do with our hands.
Is this is all the clearing we're just going to energetically take our hands,
Start waving them from the crown of the head and around our head.
You can close your eyes.
You can keep them open.
But just.
.
.
Maybe close your eyes so you just get into the feeling of it.
Know you're in the privacy of wherever you are so just get into this practice of really wiping away any excess energy that's around you that's been circulating around you.
Especially here is the energy around our head,
Our crown.
Pulling in thoughts that are not ours,
Whisking them away.
Any cloudiness,
Any mental fogginess.
Pulling that all out.
Really just quickly brushing it off.
A lot we're always in our heads all day right and So just even that,
Our own self,
Our own energy of like being like just too tied to our own thoughts,
Thoughts that we don't need to have.
Negative thoughts negative feelings thoughts that are not ours Let it go.
Then we move on to the throat and the shoulders.
With our throat Really just.

Our shoulders dusting your shoulder off but the throat clearing anything whether it's not allowing our because our voice was kept quiet we felt like we couldn't speak There was somebody overpowering us that we were around.
Shoulders our shoulders carry so much especially,
You know,
Being hunched over on the computer or on our phones,
The weight of the world,
The weight of other people,
Maybe you pass by with other people that were.
Just feeling that weights,
Taking that off.
Then into the heart space,
Anything blocking the heart.
Really And don't forget the back of the body,
Too.
Like,
If you can get in there,
Get your.

Hands around there moving any energy that's been stuck stagnant around the heart Maybe you've been around other people that have been experiencing heartache or sadness.
We walk by people just in daily,
Like at the grocery store and don't realize that,
You know,
For a lot of sense of people,
We can pick up things and it can attach and hold on.
So this is a great clearing.
Then let's move on to the arms.
Our arms are actually our extension of our heart.
So it all connects to the heart.
So really wiping and you can even just actually like touch your arms and wipe.
How good it feels to wipe that all off.
Our arms,
Our hands that carry so much,
Carry so much load for us.
Maybe just shake it all off.
Then moving then to the middle of the body.
Our bellies.
What are we carrying around there?
All that stress,
Maybe anger,
Fear.
Things we've picked up from others,
Maybe their own stomach issues,
Waving that out,
Then moving down to our hips.
In our pelvic area.
Really just brushing even if you want to touch your body and brush all of that energy off Anything?
Make sure to get to the back.
You know,
These are With our paralytic area and our hips,
It's our sense of creativity,
Our emotions,
Also feeling grounded and rooted.
So really clearing anything we've picked up from people that are keeping us from feeling creatively connected.
Maybe like rooted in our own sense and grounded.
Or like people are overly too emotional.
Let's like clear that so we get our emotional regulation and balance.
Then moving on to the legs.
Our legs.
Holding us up.
All maybe all the walking you've done all the energy that that accumulates and even our feet going down there Making sure to pick up and clearing your feet.
Cleaning the feet so it can be well connected to the earth.
And our sense of belonging and being here.
Then anything else extra,
Just shake it out.
Shake it out so that wasn't too long only a few minutes to practice and you can return to this anytime and even if at a point in the day where it just feels tight in one area just do a little energetic clearing on that area.
You don't have to do the full body and it can be as quick as.
Going all the way and just.

Brushing off really quickly and just being done.
