Access Your Soul & Connect To The Divine

This is an amazing meditation for beginners.

But not just beginners,

Anyone who wants to deepen their connection with the celestial kingdom.

People ask me what is the celestial kingdom.

For me the celestial kingdom is where the angels,

The archangels,

The wisest human beings that have passed over,

That we call ascended masters,

And the divine,

Whatever your belief system.

You can think of the residence of all these amazing wise beings,

Or you can think of it as an energetic level,

A vibration that they vibrate at.

Some people might think of it as heaven,

But it is most certainly another world,

Another dimension,

Apart from our earthly reality,

But in many ways more real than our reality on earth,

Because it is the permanence that continues beyond our lives on this planet.

It's where we go after we die,

And it's where we are before we are born.

And by tapping into this amazing power,

This energetic power of wisdom and purity and unconditional love,

By tapping into this energetic field and these amazing beings of pure love and wisdom,

We can augment our own personal power for our own personal growth,

But also to improve and accelerate the change that we may wish to see in this planet for the best and highest good of ourselves and of the planet.

And I deeply believe and passionately believe that at the minute,

With all the world faces,

That everybody has to step up.

We have to be the highest parts of ourselves,

The wisest parts.

We need to go beyond where we feel comfortable to the bravest parts of ourselves,

So that we can do everything we can to support and protect the planet and to spread goodness and love and wisdom in the world.

So if you would like to expand your personal growth,

Accelerate your spiritual growth and wisdom,

Working with the celestial kingdom is incredibly powerful.

And I invite you across this amazing threshold,

Because it is a world of such amazing beings,

Such an amazing support for anything you might wish to do or achieve in your personal life or your career,

For the planet,

In your personal or your professional life.

So when you are ready,

We're going to do a meditation to connect to the highest parts of yourself,

Because your soul in many ways is part of this celestial kingdom.

Your soul is the wisest parts of yourself,

The purest,

Most loving parts of yourself.

And it's the part of you that lasts beyond this lifetime,

Across many,

Many lifetimes.

One of the deepest truths in terms of the celestial kingdom is that we are part of the divine.

Whatever your belief system,

We are part of that God force,

The source.

And when we access our highest selves,

We also access this part of ourselves that is deeply connected to the divine.

It's almost like allowing ourselves to look through the eyes of wisdom,

Of our highest guide,

Which in some cases may be a close spiritual being.

It may even be source God itself.

So when you are ready,

Find a comfortable space and sit or lie.

Just sitting,

Have your feet flat on the ground so you can feel deeply connected to the earth.

Have your arms unfolded and your legs uncrossed.

And if possible,

Allow your shoulders to be relaxed and your chest open.

If you are lying on the floor or in bed,

Lie on your back with your arms slightly apart from your body and your legs slightly apart.

I prefer to have my hands with my palms facing up.

And now be aware of your breath because our breath is a very essential part of our spiritual practice.

Breath is our connection with life.

And by being aware of our breath,

We can slow our heart rate.

We can calm our body and our being and go more quickly into a meditative state.

We can also relax and release the tensions of the day by consciously slowing our breath and allowing it to be naturally deeper and even.

So breathe in and out.

And now imagine a beautiful ball of white gold light at the base of your feet.

It's a beautiful,

Huge ball of white gold energy.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe this white gold light in through the soles of your feet,

Through your ankles and your lower legs,

Through your knees,

Through your thighs and your buttocks.

Breathe this white gold light up through your body,

Your torso,

Through your arms and hands,

Through your neck and head.

When you breathe out,

Breathe it out through the top of your head.

So this beautiful white gold light flows out of the top of your head and down the sides of your body.

When you breathe in,

Breathe in this beautiful white gold light.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe it out through the top of your head and allow this white gold light to flow down the sides of your body.

And now imagine you're standing in the most beautiful garden that you have ever seen.

You can feel your feet on the grass.

There are beautiful flowers around.

There are trees.

There's a little stream flowing through the garden to your right.

There are beautiful birds of all different colours and the life of bees and butterflies buzzing around you and flitting around a vibrant,

Healthy garden.

Now in the distance you see a figure approaching you.

And before you feel or see the person,

You know that this person is deeply loving and deeply wise.

They approach in the distance and a light emanates from them.

As they walk towards you,

A beautiful feeling of peace fills you.

You feel joyful.

You feel happy to know that you are soon going to be meeting them.

As they approach you,

You see that it is your higher self.

This is the part of you that is the wisest,

Most beautiful,

Pure,

Loving being.

It is all the best parts of you amplified by the connection with the divine and the celestial kingdom.

You feel that you are in the presence of great knowledge,

Of timeless wisdom,

Of complete pure love.

This person is deeply known to you because it is you.

It is your highest part of you,

Your highest self,

Also known as your soul.

And whilst you feel frail and imperfect beside this amazing being,

You know that this amazing being is also you.

And by accessing and connecting more deeply with your highest self,

You will be able to accelerate your own spiritual growth and your own personal power in terms of your personal and work objectives.

Greet your highest self now.

Your highest self greets you back and gives you some message that is very important for you to hear or feel or know or see at this particular point in time.

Receive this information with an open mind now.

Now consider the challenges you are facing in life currently.

What is the biggest challenge you are facing that you would like insight on?

And ask your highest self for guidance on this particular issue.

Ask them what they would do if they were you in your situation now.

It is now your chance to ask any additional questions about this particular challenge.

Ask your highest self now.

You take the information with thanks.

Connected as it is directly with the divine.

Any doubts you have about your own self,

About how you look,

Your physical appearance,

Your mental ability,

Your spiritual goodness,

Or any imperfections that you may feel you have,

These are non-existent in your highest self.

All you see in your highest self is beauty and divine perfection.

Know that this is you.

Your highest self is you.

It's just the deepest,

Purest aspect of you without your ego,

With its fears.

When your highest self steps within you,

You release all fears and you are immediately deeply connected with the divine and its power and wisdom.

So now your highest self is going to step within you.

Feel your highest self step within you now.

You feel the full power of your soul within you.

You feel the full power,

Wisdom,

Beauty,

Love of your soul standing within you,

Radiating out of you.

You have never felt more powerful,

More wise,

More beautiful,

More humble,

More at peace,

More at ease with yourself.

You are completely at peace,

Ease and harmony with who you are and where you are at this point in time.

Repeat the affirmation,

I am one with the divine.

I am one with the divine.

I am one with the divine.

We will take a moment to let these energies settle.

Thank your highest self,

Your soul,

Your self,

They are all one and the same.

It is now time to leave this magical garden and return to your physical body,

Wherever you are at this moment in time.

When you are ready,

Roll your shoulders,

Stretch your fingers,

You may want to stretch your toes,

Or stretch your arms above your head.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the room.
