Solid,
Grounding energy,
Light source,
The earth and all it represents to you back through your feet,
Rejuvenating every cell of your body,
Permeating your auric field up into your heart,
Breathing into your heart.
Light the flame within your heart,
Directing this source energy,
Radiating love throughout your being,
Filling you with warmth and light,
Opening up a passage of your heart,
Drawing this light back up through the crown and into your light body,
Continuing up through the light source,
Entering into our cocoon.
You are gentle,
Softly held in the cocoon,
Wrapped in a soft crystalline cloth.
The ever present heartbeat marks time as you picate in your silken womb,
Approaching the final stages of metamorphosis.
You can see the reflections or the flickering colored lights,
Which are the radiance of you,
Against the crystalline fibers of the cocoon,
Providing a glimpse of your inner beauty.
There is a passing of energy as this radiance hits the fibers of your cocoon,
It bounces back and mirrors the divine creation that you are.
Enjoy and bask in your radiance.
The walls of the cocoon start to disintegrate as they fall away.
You begin to stretch out your wings.
This is a slow process,
For you are wet and need time to dry.
Open your arms wide and experience your colorful wings as they unravel.
They are exquisite.

And enjoy the exhilaration as the bonds are lifted and you are released for flight.
