Welcome beautiful soul This is a short guided meditation to bring some balance back into your day Perhaps you've had a busy morning And just need to take a few moments to connect back with your body mind soul and breath So from wherever you are,

Perhaps you're in a seated position or you're laying down Just close down your eyes Notice how your body is feeling in this moment Notice where you're breathing from Perhaps you're breathing your stomach or your chest There's no right or wrong way Just tuning in now to your breath Feeling that rise and fall of your chest or stomach Once you feel that you have connected to your breath I want you to take a nice big inhale through the nose,

Big breath in and Hold and exhale at the mouth with a sigh and again in through the nose And down through the mouth with a sigh And again in through the nose Hold and down through the mouth with a sigh Returning back to your natural breath The natural inhale and exhale.

I want you now to forget about everything that's happened today Every phone call that you've made,

Every text message that you've sent Every conversation that you've had Just bring yourself back to you.

Know that you're whole just as you are You are perfect just as you are Slowing down,

Shifting out of doing mode into complete being mode You might like to imagine that you're at your favorite place This could be by the ocean in a rainforest Anywhere in nature Or anywhere you feel safe.

Just picture yourself there right in this moment.

You might be alone or with your favorite person Wherever it is You feel safe,

Calm and relaxed Noticing what you can hear.

Perhaps if you're at the ocean you can hear the waves You might be in nature hearing the birds Noticing what you can smell.

Can you smell the ocean?

Smell the trees Wherever you are the temperature is just right I want you to know that as you go throughout the rest of your day,

You can return to this place in your mind anytime You can return back to your breath back to your body back to your safe place Thank you for taking these few quiet moments for yourself You might like to continue Just to be for a little while longer with your breath Or you can gently open your eyes and return back to your day Namaste
