Get in a place where you're comfortable and alert.

Cast your eyes down or close them.

And bring into your mind's eye a coworker or a teammate that maybe you're feeling a little discomfort with.

And instead of feeling that discomfort,

I want to invite you to say these words.

May you be safe.

May you be peaceful.

May you be healthy.

May you live with ease.

And in whatever way feels right for you,

Just take a breath in and out.

And send those words of safety,

Peace,

Health,

And ease to that individual knowing that we are all connected on this earth,

All doing the best we can.

And in this moment,

Come back to your own awareness.

May I be safe.

Breathe in that safety.

May I be peaceful.

Take a moment to breathe in peace.

May I be healthy.

And breathe in health.

May I live with ease.

Taking a moment to breathe in the awareness of safety.

No matter what the outside world is saying,

Breathe in safety and peace,

Health,

And ease.

Letting go of the mindfulness.

And stepping back into this moment,

The awareness of your breath.

Knowing that in every moment you have the ability to impact your mindfulness.

Take a moment and bring into your awareness a vision of how you experience yourself and your teams together.

And either whisper out loud or repeat with me.

May you and I be safe.

Sensing your togetherness,

May you and I be safe.

May you and I be peaceful.

Saying it with me or feeling it in your heart.

May you and I be peaceful.

Sensing the power of your togetherness in a world that's working together.

May you and I be healthy.

And again,

Repeating it with me.

May you and I be healthy.

May you and I live with ease.

And again,

Breathing in and out,

Sensing your togetherness.

May you and I live with ease.

And taking this energy of mindfulness into your day,

I invite you to come back to the awareness of your workspace,

Your home or your office.

Opening your eyes,

Bringing yourself back to this present moment.

But knowing you can bring with you this energy of safety,

Peace,

Health and ease.
