During this time of concern, many of us feel an anxiety within the upper chest area. It takes on many forms, and yet there is a very real science behind this heart/throat chakra sensation. This audio first reveals the science behind your sensation and then guides you through a meditation to release and heal it.

This is a meditation and an affirmation for the unprecedented times of the spring of 2020.

And yet this can be used for any time in your life and in the global climate when you are feeling concern,

Worry,

Anxiety,

Or deep feelings that you may not understand and could also be affecting you physically.

First,

A bit of an education around emotions,

The dynamic of the emotions of the collective,

And how this can affect us on a deep physical level.

Within my practice,

Many of my clients are contacting me with the concern of a heavy chest,

Chest pain,

Or chest sensations.

Although I highly recommend you do your due diligence and look into any medical concerns,

With a medical professional,

As I am not a medical professional,

I do offer these additional suggestions and I will finalize this with a meditation and an affirmation.

Scientifically,

We belong and are a part of a magnetic field.

This magnetic field surrounds the earth kilometers wide and goes from the north to the south pole.

This is an actual magnetic field that if it did not surround the earth,

The solar flares from the sun would perish us.

Within this magnetic field is a strong electrical energy.

It is magnetic.

You see migratory animals,

Birds,

Fish,

Insects,

They have a crystal in them called a magnetite.

This is a biological scientific fact.

This allows them to migrate,

To know what direction to go into.

They have also found out that humans have this tiny crystal as well,

Somewhere around the bridge of their nose.

Many of us,

All of us,

Have the ability to use this and many of us do.

As you know that there are often people that will say they know exactly what direction to go in anytime.

Princeton University did a test at 9-11 to see if 10 minutes after 9-11 occurred,

When everyone on the planet would have been aware of this tragic event.

If it shifted the magnetic field,

They used specific testing to determine this.

To their surprise,

They found out that this spike of energy within the field of the magnetic had happened 4-6 hours prior to the event and continued till after the event.

Princeton University had stated that this may suggest a precognitive within our consciousness.

And yet,

It was written up in National Geographic and you can look that up further.

So here we are in unprecedented times that is affecting us for weeks and months.

It is global.

There is not one person that is not affected by this.

And although 9-11 was tragic and remained a tragedy for many,

Most of us continued our life as normal.

That is not the case now.

And therefore,

If Princeton University was doing testing now,

They would see that this spike around the globe in the energetic magnetic field was not relaxing,

Was not retaining back to its original position.

You are a part of that magnetic field.

You are within the field of that energy.

And if you are empathic,

If you are intuitive,

Either physically,

Emotionally,

Or psychologically,

It is affecting your heart center.

It is also affecting the throat chakra because we don't know what to think.

We don't know what to say.

We don't have all the information.

We are questioning the information that we are receiving.

That's all throat chakra.

And so somewhere between the heart chakra and the throat chakra lies our upper chest area.

And this is why many of us are feeling the pressure,

The anxiety,

The panic,

Some pain in that area.

This meditation is going to help release that pain,

Is going to help release that pressure.

It has worked for everyone who has used this meditation.

Many have had to do it several times.

Now of course if you have a pre-existing condition,

It's not going to work.

And that of course seeks medical attention.

But if these are feelings and thoughts and anxiety that you are not familiar with or it is not something that occurs as often as it has,

Then this is for you.

Namaste.

I want you to take in 3 deep breaths at the count of 4.

In 4.

Hold 4.

Out.

Breathe in 2,

3,

4.

Hold 2,

3,

4.

Breathe out 2,

3,

4.

Breathe in 2,

3,

4.

Hold 2,

3,

4.

Breathe out 2,

3,

4.

Breathe in 2,

3,

4.

And hold 2,

1.

Breathe out 2,

3,

4.

Continue to breathe normally but through your stomach,

Your diaphragm,

Not your chest.

Assuming you are in a relaxed position,

Not driving,

Please relax into your chair,

Your couch or your bed.

I want you from head to toe to feel your body heavy and pressed up against this location.

Feel your head pressured up against your couch,

Your chair or your bed.

Feel the back of your shoulders,

Your back,

Your buttocks,

Heavy,

Relaxed.

Feel the back of your thighs,

Your calves and your feet up against the pressure of the location that you are in.

Now I want you to go from feet to head.

But this time I want you to feel this location supporting you.

It's pressure up against you.

Your feet,

Your thighs,

Your buttocks.

Being supported,

Being cradled,

Your back,

Your shoulders and now your head being held and supported.

I want you to imagine a pathway.

It is grass and dirt and warm and yet somewhat cool up against your bare feet.

With your feet on the earth you will begin to experiencing a sensation of groundedness.

Alongside of you is a babbling brook.

You can almost smell the freshness of the water.

There is a slight breeze in the air and it is not warm and yet it is not cool.

It is just right.

And the sun shines in beams on you.

Bright and beautiful.

You are now encompassed with all four elements.

Water,

Earth,

Air and fire.

Walk down this path.

Ahead of you,

You can see a warm,

Lush,

Beautiful forest.

It is inviting and there is an entrance way.

Continue to walk down the path and enter into the forest.

These trees are hundreds of years old.

Their roots are strong and they travel far.

They are entangled with one another and they are full of wisdom and strength,

Empowerment.

The sun beams through the trees creating a shimmer,

A glow.

You feel a warmth and a comfort.

It is safe here.

I want you to imagine that you are no longer human.

That you are now a small butterfly just coming out of its cocoon.

It may feel like your arms but they are actually wings.

Spreading this thin veil,

This very thin veil of a cocoon away from your body as the blood surges through the wings energizing you.

You are about to fly.

You are about to expand every part of your body and fly throughout the forest.

Look at your wings.

What color are they?

What shape are they?

They can be any color and any shape you want.

Now fly.

Fly amongst the trees.

Fly through the streams of sunlight,

The beams of warmth.

Fly.

You are free to fly.

You feel expansive and open.

You are not constricted anymore.

I want you to take a moment to enjoy this flight,

This freedom.

Now you may continue to fly and when you are ready you may fly out of the forest or you may go back into your human self still feeling that wonderful feeling.

And you may walk out of the forest along that path,

Hear the babbling brook,

Feel the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the ground below your feet.

The difference is that that beautiful butterfly that is you,

It is you just as much as your hand is you,

Your arms are you,

Your legs are you,

Your back is you.

It is you but it now resides within the area of your chest,

Your heart chakra and your throat chakra.

Metamorphic freedom resides here now.

It is yours to fly whenever you wish.

And when you are ready,

Feel the cradling of the support that your body is in right now.

Feel the pressure and the weight of your body up against that support.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Breathe with your stomach.

Breathe with your diaphragm.

You are free.
