Affirmations for love centered,
Heart centered,
And mind coherence.
What I want you to do is to relax and take three deep breaths in and out.
Do this in such a way that you cannot hear your breathing in and you cannot hear it out.
Slow and controlled.
I want you to put your right hand on your third eye,
The fingers of your right hand on your third eye,
And the fingers of your left hand on your belly button.
You should be able to feel an opening.
This creates a bridge or connection between your solar plexus,
Which is all healing,
And the third eye,
Which is all knowing.
Return to your normal breath,
Yet make it just slightly deeper.
This is an affirmation around love.
No,
It's not about a romantic love,
Or love for your parents or your children,
Or even love for yourself.
It's in order for you to encompass and embrace the energy of love.
This meditation,
Which is basically an affirmation,
Has been downloaded to me by the universe.
I received a very distinct answer about what love is from the universe the other day.
And I was surprised and shocked by the answer I received.
What is love,
I asked the universe.
You will not believe the answer.
Unimaginable,
And yet it makes so much sense,
So unreal,
And yet I questioned myself.
Why did I not always understand this?
And then immediately thought,
I do recognize this.
It's really quite simple.
First of all,
I need to tell you my reaction.
I was a little like,
What the,
And,
Okay,
This is way too simple.
Hence,
The answer that I received was short and simple,
And yet the emotions and the knowing around it was enormously complex.
And the universe said,
Love is the thread that connects everything,
Absolutely everything and everyone.
That was it.
It is the thread.
Now this seems outrageously simple.
Are you picturing a tenuous thread that would come from a spool connecting everything like I did?
And yet I want you to imagine it as an apple seed.
Within that apple seed,
Such completeness of the tree is locked within it.
All of the leaves,
The bark,
The trunk,
The branches,
The blossoms,
And the apples are in that apple seed.
That energy is love.
So I want you to imagine that loving energy that helps us receive the sun,
The flowers,
The rain,
The soil,
The roots that absorb the mist,
The wildflowers,
Including the leaves in the trees that absorb the nutrition of the sun,
The fish in the ocean,
The ocean around the fish,
The sky,
The ground,
Plus the oxygen that we breathe,
The Earth's heartbeat person to person,
Animal to animal,
Animal to person,
Tree to tree,
Grass blade to grass blade.
Everything necessitates everything.
Everything relies upon everything.
And what unites that?
Everything to everyone and everyone to everything?
Love.
The energy of love.
And so I now want you to take,
If you have not already released,
Your hands and put them in a heart shape around your belly button.
And feel your breathing up and down as your stomach goes up and down.
I am love.
I embody love.
I do not exist without love.
Love does not exist without me.
I am pure essence of love.
I embody love like I breathe.
I bathe love every day.
Like the fish in the ocean,
Love flows around me.
I have access to it within myself,
Internally,
And what I see and feel and examine externally.
I am love's wisdom.
I am loving.
I am beloved.
I am worthy of love.
I attract this love.
I have access to this love unconditionally.
Now.
And I am at peace with that.
I embrace that.
This love is perfectly imperfect.
And I can create with this love.
Because I am enough.
I am whole.
I see myself in this love.
I become this love.
I am this love.
I acknowledge its existence everywhere.
Everywhere.
I am just but one of many flowers that absorb the sun.
And take in the mist and the rain.
And nourishment from the soil.
That's who I am.
And I am not any less deserving than any other entity,
Being,
Living creature,
Plant,
Earth,
Water.
They are all deserving of this connected thread of love as I am.
Love is unlimited.
Love is accessible.
Love is always flowing to and from me.
And I have the most unconditional,
Best kind of love ever.
And I celebrate that.
I experience it.
And even though I deny it at times.
I blind myself from it at times.
It's still there.
It's always there.
It's unwavering.
It's constant.
It's consistent.
It's reliable.
And I love myself enough to accept that unconditionally.
Unconditionally.
Unapologetically.
Unwavering.
