Good morning,

Good evening,

And good night.

Welcome to this journey of love.

This journey of tapping into our higher consciousness.

This journey of accessing the power of our subconscious mind and utilizing it to attract,

Create,

And manifest our true desires.

Together we will walk along the bridge into the depths of our mind and body to receive the message that our higher selves are sending us.

In today's journey,

We are going to overcome the feeling of loneliness.

We are going to release the sadness,

The hurt,

The doubt,

The worry,

The anxiety that comes when that thought of loneliness enters our mind.

Today in this journey,

We will be reprogramming the un-lonely limiting belief into an empowering belief of un-companioned.

Make sure that you are in a quiet and safe place.

Have water and blanket near you.

Lay down and get comfortable.

I will be guiding you through this journey of love and the process will go like this.

I will ask you to take a deep breath in.

You will hold that breath.

I will say a short sentence.

Repeat that sentence silently in your mind.

And once you have repeated,

Go ahead and breathe it out on your own.

If you've ever felt lonely,

If you've ever felt abandoned,

If you've ever had the thoughts that there's no one out there for you,

If you've ever had the fear that you will end up alone,

Today is the day that that fear leaves your body and leaves your life.

And today we will be making room for belief,

For trust,

For hope,

For faith,

For love,

For peace.

And we will be helping you manifest and create the life that you truly desire.

Let's get started.

Let's go ahead and close our eyes and imagine that you have this big beautiful land.

You have this big beautiful form.

The sun is shining.

The birds are flying.

Everything is green.

And you're surrounded by beauty and life.

In the middle of your form,

There's a couple of bushes,

A couple of plants that look dead,

That look poisonous.

And on these bushes,

There's a sign that says I'm lonely.

And every time you get reminded of these bushes,

Every time you see this sign,

You feel the sadness,

The hurt,

The doubt,

The worry,

And the fear.

And what we're going to do together is we're going to pull those bushes and plants from their roots and throw them away.

They don't belong here.

They're not serving you anymore.

And we're making room for more beautiful plants,

For more beautiful flowers,

For more beautiful trees.

Take a deep breath in and breathe it out.

Great job,

Feel yourself relaxing a little bit.

Take another deep breath in and breathe it out.

Good.

Feel yourself relaxing more and more.

Take another deep breath in and breathe it out.

Feel yourself relaxing even more.

And very slowly,

I want you to let go of your forehead,

Your chin,

Of your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your hips,

And sink into your body.

Accept the intention that we're here to open up a pathway so that these emotions that are stuck in our body,

That are holding us down,

Can leave.

We're here to acknowledge them.

We're here to notice them.

And we're here to release them.

These blocks are preventing and repelling the beautiful emotions of love,

Certainty,

Belief,

Hope,

Trust,

Faith,

Knowingness,

Peace,

Calm,

And safe that is already within us from coming to the surface.

And it's also preventing these beautiful emotions that is all around us from coming into our body and into our life.

They are cherished,

That they are never alone.

Welcome this new person that believes they will attract a loving and healthy relationship.

Welcome this person that believes that they are in the greatest company when they are by themselves and they are never really lonely.

Take a deep breath in.

And sigh it out.

Little by little,

I want you to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Stretch your neck around,

Move your arms,

And shake the energy off of you.

And very slowly open your eyes and bring this new level of vibration and this new person back with you.
