This meditation is to empower ourselves to feel positive and grateful. It’s about awakening our faith and trust in the universe trust in our own abilities will power and confidence, in our own creativity so that we become aware that being positive is not something we have to do at mind level but that’s by product of our true nature.

So let's start aligning ourselves.

So go ahead and close your eyes softly.

Another way to be grateful and to stay positive is to stay in the present.

Not worried about what happened in the past.

Worried about those wrong decisions that we made in the past to bring into our present.

Or what will happen in the future.

Instead if we just stay right here,

Right now.

Today,

Right now our actions,

Our karma is to simply let go and connect with ourselves.

So align ourselves.

If possible,

Bring right hand onto the chest left hand just below and around our navel.

As you inhale,

Let your belly rise.

And as you exhale,

Let your belly go in.

Inhaling and exhaling.

At your own pace,

At your own comfort.

Bringing awareness to the sense of touch.

Touch of your palms.

Touch of your feet to Mother Earth.

Touch of your entire back if you are lying down.

Being supported by Mother Earth.

Keeping you right here in the present with this gravitational force on the Earth on you.

Feel that support.

Maybe bring in the gratefulness towards that.

Connect to this prana,

The vital force given by the Universe.

As you inhale and exhale.

Maybe allow a simple affirmation that you are grateful,

I am grateful to Mother Earth and Universe.

I trust Mother Earth and the Universe to support me.

Beautiful.

Very gently you may bring both your palms back towards your sides.

Keeping them face up.

With your shoulders relaxed back and down.

So simply bring awareness gently towards your feet.

If you are sitting let your feet be firmly grounded,

Connected.

And if you are lying down,

Feel the soles of your feet as if they are pulling in this gravitational energy,

Mother Earth energy through your feet,

Through your toes,

Up to your ankles,

Up to your knees,

Up to your thighs.

And wrapping around towards your lower back.

As you connect with Mother Earth,

Feel the gratefulness.

Allow yourself to be grateful to Mother Earth.

Gently towards from your lower back to your mid back.

Allowing that Mother Earth energy to reach the trillions of cells in your mid back,

Upper back,

Back of your head,

Crown of your head,

Towards your forehead.

To your softly closed eyes,

Not squeezed,

Not scrunched.

To the base of your nostrils.

Survey your mouth and clench your teeth,

Relax your jaws.

And gently bring the smile of gratefulness towards Mother Earth.

Maybe take a deep into the heart center and bring that love and joy towards Mother Earth.

Very gently towards the center of your throat,

Your shoulders,

Upper arm,

Elbows,

Lower arm,

Wrist,

Center of your palms,

Fingertips.

Gently again feeling those nerve endings at your fingertips with a dynamic exchange with the universe.

Pull in that universal energy up to your palms,

Up to your wrist,

Up to your elbows,

All the way up to your shoulders.

To the center of your throat.

Express your internal gratitude to Mother Earth as you stay at your throat center.

Very gently shift your awareness from your throat center into your heart center.

Connect to the breath,

The expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center.

Connect to the trillions of cells in your heart,

Your lungs,

Your rib cage,

Your entire chest every day.

Your time is glad.

And today as we are bringing gratefulness,

Let's ask ourselves,

What are we truly grateful for?

What is that you already have so nourishing,

Peaceful and loving in your life?

Let's count our blessings.

You may list your gratitude or simply stay silent in this pure awareness at your heart center and allow any thoughts,

Sensations,

Images come to you.

Very gently.

We continue to be grateful to Mother Earth.

Also being grateful to our time is glad,

Giving this immunity within us.

To our lungs,

Allowing to sustain this beautiful dynamic exchange with the universe.

Gently shifting your awareness towards your belly.

Watching your breath in and out as your belly goes up and down.

Be with your breath at your belly.

As we connect with our solar plexus,

The Manipur Chakra around our navel.

This is where our willpower and confidence comes.

Fire is the element for our inner transformation here.

So as we awaken this energy,

Allow that positive feeling to come.

As we trust the universe and we trust ourselves for our own willpower,

Confidence,

For our own inner transformation.

To do the right things and to achieve with our own powerful actions.

So allow to awaken this powerhouse within you.

There will be no reason for you to be negative.

Always feel positive,

Confident for yourself.

Very gently.

Shifting your awareness just below the navel to awaken our own creative force.

We are the co-creator of our life.

When we stay in our own true self,

Established in our own true nature.

We are grounded with full potentiality and full creativity,

Connectedness.

When we are aware that we are the co-creator of our life,

There's only place of being positive in our life.

Gently shifting your awareness towards your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Soles of your feet.

Feeling grounded,

Connected to Mother Earth.

With that support,

Bringing that energy up back to your ankles,

To your knees,

To your thighs.

And gently wrapping around towards your lower back,

Base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone.

Either simply visualize red color,

Red light,

Red energy if that comes to you today.

Maybe if you like you can think of sound,

Lam.

Or simply stay aware of your breath at this first energy center.

Our support chakra,

The root chakra.

Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I'm grateful to Mother Earth.

For her support,

Strength,

Physical health.

And that's why I feel positive in my life.

I'm aware that I'm simply I am,

Needing no external angles to define me.

And that's why I feel very positive.

Very gently shifting your awareness just below the navel.

Visualizing orange color,

Orange light,

Orange energy if that comes to you today.

Or simply thinking the sound,

Vam.

Let the breath just below the navel to our second energy center,

Swadhisthana chakra.

Let this affirmation vibrate into your trillions of cells that accept this present without resistance.

I accept this present with gratefulness.

I accept this present with creativity.

And that's why I stay positive.

Very gently shifting your awareness just above the navel to our solar plexus.

Manipura chakra,

If yellow color,

Yellow light,

Yellow energy comes to you,

Do so.

If you like thinking of sound,

Ram,

Then do so.

Gently move,

Be aware of the breath just above the navel.

I act with willpower and confidence.

My physical actions are supported by the cosmos.

My every action and interaction is supported by the universe.

Gently shifting your awareness at your heart center,

Green light,

Green energy,

Green color if that comes to you.

Thinking of sound,

Yum.

Be aware of the breath at your heart center.

I truly know that I nourish the universe and the universe nourishes me.

Knowing and experiencing that keeps me grateful and positive.

I am the nourisher of the universe.

Universe nourishes me.

Gently awareness to the center of your throat,

Blue color,

Blue light,

Blue energy,

Sky,

However it comes to you.

Sound is a hum,

Awareness to the breath at your throat center.

I express my internal dialogue.

I communicate with others in harmony,

In harmony of my thoughts,

Speech and actions.

I express myself and to others with authenticity and truthfulness.

And when I do so,

I only stay positive.

Gently shifting your awareness at your forehead.

Simply stay silent and visualize yourself in this happy,

Healthy and prosperous world.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your throat.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your throat.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your throat.

Gently shifting your awareness at the crown of your head.

Again simply stay silent and feel the connection to the whole world,

Which is peaceful,

Healthy and prosperous.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your throat.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your throat.

And feeling that divine,

Universal connection at the crown of your head,

Bringing that healing energy towards your back,

Back of your spine and reaching all the way at the base of your spine,

Tip of your tailbone,

Feeling grounded,

Connected and supported.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your head.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your spine.

Gently shifting your awareness wherever it settles,

At your forehead,

At the base of your nostrils,

At your heart center,

As you connect in pure silence,

Pure awareness to your inner soul.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your head.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your body.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your body.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your body.

Gently moving your awareness to the center of your body.

Very gently.

Take a couple of big inhale and exhale.

Gently bring both your palms over your heart center.

As you gently bring awareness back to your senses with a sense of touch.

We interact with the physical world with these five senses.

Sense of sight,

Sound,

Taste,

Touch and smell.

If we bring awareness and use those senses for the nourishment for ourselves and others,

Then we bring that peacefulness and positivity in our life.

As you gently bring awareness to the sense of touch.

Maybe hear the inner sound of your breath,

Of your heart.

Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells that I have joyful,

Healthy,

Energetic body.

An alert and reflective mind.

Loving and compassionate heart.

And lightness of being.

Again,

A couple of deep nice inhale and exhale as you bring both your palms back to your lap.

Let the universe take care of all the details of our intentions,

Desires,

Affirmations.

We do not worry how our intentions are going to come true.

We simply trust for its unfolding by the universe.

And then we trust ourselves,

Our willpower,

Our confidence,

Our solar plexus,

Our fire element within to take actions,

The committed actions towards it.

Again,

A couple of nice deep inhales,

Exhale out.

Gently bring both your palms together.

Go ahead and rub them.

Place it onto your eyes.

And gently massage from head to toe.

Circular motion to all your joints,

Your neck and throat,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Your palms.

Pressing your fingertips.

Nice massage at your lower back,

Your kidneys and your adrenal glands.

Your thighs,

Your knees.

Your ankles back to your eyes.

And gently open your eyes when you feel comfortable.

And I'm extremely grateful for all of us to be here.
