We bring awareness to our Heart center, Awareness to the action of Grasping and holding, and learning to let go by meditating on simply ‘I am' We learn to let go of holding on to aspects of life which we associate with our first name and last name, with our ego, power and position so that we interact with ourselves and the world from a place of simply 'I am' true-self Eternal, truth and Bliss with love and compassion making our actions and interactions Dharmic, pure, efficient and nourishing.

So let's gently again sit nice and tall alert and awake.

In this meditation is to bring awareness to ourselves to our five senses and today with the five actions.

So today we continue to bring awareness to the action of grasping and holding at our heart center.

Physical and emotional.

Since you are sitting nice and tall if your mind gets drifted away into past or future that's okay.

If it gets drifted away into noises outside experiences sensation in your body it's okay.

Simply come back to this guidance.

I also wish let go of holding to this guidance too.

Allow yourself to go deeper in your own way and whenever you come back again be with the guidance.

So let's bring awareness to our feet.

They're firmly grounded connected from all the four corners to Mother Earth.

And let's press it and hold it and tight it and tense it and give that concept of holding.

Maybe inhale and hold for a few seconds and as you exhale you're letting it go physically.

Let trillions of cells know what holding means what letting go means.

Let that be in our awareness.

As you gently bring awareness from your feet to your ankles all up to the legs your knees your thighs your lower back and go ahead and again hold it tight it tense it and let go.

As you let go also be aware the free flow of energy the beautiful prana the vital force that keeps us going in those subtle channels.

We are letting it go allowing it to relax.

Reach you in it.

Beautiful.

Very gently from your lower back to your mid back to your shoulders and very gently bring your shoulders up towards your ears and as you gently let it go roll it back and down.

Maybe bring awareness to the sense of touch of your palms on your lap they're facing down and as you again inhale and pull up your shoulders up to your ears hold it and very gently let it go as your palms roll back towards your knees.

Beautiful awareness to your entire back your neck and throat and again hold it tight it tense it and gently let it go.

Awareness to your entire hand your fist go ahead and make a first hold it tight it tense it and gently let it go.

Awareness to your entire face your jaws your eyes go ahead and squeeze and scrunch and tighten tense hold it and gently let it go.

Beautiful.

Your eyes are now softly closed you want clench your teeth relax your jaws and gently to your entire body again from head to toe go ahead and hold it feel that holding be aware of that hold physically and as you inhale is holding and as you exhale let it go connect to that free flow of energy.

Allow again the trillions of cells to know what it feels like letting it go.

As we have taken all our senses inward our sight being inward as our eyes are closed sense of taste and smell to pause it for our meditation purpose keeping our auditory channel on and let's gently before we let go the sense of touch bring awareness to the sense of touch to your feet to Mother Earth feel that groundingness connectedness gratefulness towards Mother Earth who keeps us strong and balanced.

As you gently pull up that grounding energy up to your ankles up to your knees to your thighs and towards your lower back base of your spine tip of your tailbone very gently relaxing your shoulders and if you feel like bring both your palms at the base of your spine tip of your tailbone for a few seconds just be there.

Now this is the nervous plexus the energy center the root chakra that's called supporting energy center connection to the physical world the action is excretory system elimination connecting to our skeletal system bones teeth this really giving the physical strength to us so more and more we are aware and grounded through this energy center we bring more awareness to our action of elimination not only physically but emotionally letting go of our ego letting go of our fear of existence survival we become fearless simply by bringing our awareness internally to this energy center and externally through the sense of touch we are aligning our mind and body and our energy this is the way we are aligning ourselves with cosmos once we align with the cosmos everything flows without any effort so let's affirm ourself that I let go my physical awareness to the fear of physical survival I let go the fear of physical survival at the same time emotionally as I know I'm perfect divine I let go defining me needing any external anchors beautiful take a nice inhale exhale out and gently bring both your palms below your navel as we are gently towards the second energy center below our navel again just be aware of your breath align yourself with the sense of touch this is where we let go of any guilt and today we want to let go of guilt towards our actions the past actions right now we are a new transformed person let that go let go of denying ourself pleasure and good things to come in our life allow that creativity to come to you not to be guilt guilty about it so I let go of any guilt towards my actions and as I let go and I'm free I have formed myself and announced to my trillions of cells that my actions are full of creative response are full of nourishing response to myself and others beautiful very gently shift your awareness and your palms above the navel to our solar plexus as you're aware of your breath right there you may feel your belly go in and out as you inhale your belly is going up as you're exhaling your belly is going down and for a few seconds again connect your mind your awareness to your breath to your energy I let go my procrastination towards any movement this energy center helps us to move is also transformation the inner spiritual movement is our transformation the movement is in very very different diverse way the changing of texture of our consciousness is the inner movement so loving that to happen letting go of your own mind hold towards movement just by being awakening the solar plexus the seat of wisdom intention desires transformation beautiful coming to our heart center today bring awareness to the sense of touch of your palms at your heart connect with the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center may be aware of the unstruck sound as it is called of our anahata chakra the heart center this is where we let go of any holding emotionally the grasping and holding aspects of our heart center the element air associated with this energy center as you gently bring both your palms to the side and open up your heart center as much as you can go ahead and do so take couple of inhales as you inhale maybe hold for a few seconds and as you exhale feel everything melting down any holding towards expression of love compassion to yourself it's all about us and very gently bring both your palms back as if you're receiving that energy through your palms and back guiding it towards your heart very gently bring both your palms just for a few seconds to your throat center to your forehead to the crown of your head in through the back of your spine gently back to the base of your spine tip of your tailbone feeling grounded feeling connected and very gently relax your shoulders and bring both your palms back to your lap facing up as you gently bring awareness to the crown of your head pulling in this beautiful loving energy maybe visualize green color if that comes to you today and as it reaches from the crown of your head to the trillions of cells in your entire body to your forehead to your softly closed eyes you're relaxed and unclench jaws and teeth and very gently to your throat center and simply settling at your heart center as you are at your heart center stay connected with your breath at your heart center or simply be simply be settling there at your heart center very gently introduce yourself in a very subtle thought without moving your tongue or lips saying your first name and last name I am your first name and last name and gently repeat that I am your first name and last name and very gently today as we are talking about letting it go let go your last name and simply say I am your first name and now very gently let go of your first name and simply say I am I am I am as you are gently thinking and creating this vibration into your trillions of cells of I am I am I am bring into awareness that this is increasing the efficiency of your being to interact with the world from the soul level as you let go the ego of your first and last name as you let go the ego of your power and position as you let go of any holdings resentments from your first and the last name now you're transforming yourself to a more efficient soul interacting with the world with yourself with your loved ones with full of love compassion as you are simply I am pure whole divine if you want to gently let go the thinking of I am and simply be at your heart center or you may want to transform I am into the sound and the vibrational sound I hum hum hum very gently as you let go the vibrational sound gently being settling in pure awareness pure silence and pure existence this pure eternal blissfulness such it on end gently gently if the visualization of that beautiful green light green energy comes back to you allow that to flow from your heart center to the trillions of cells in your body sending that love and compassion of simply I am you may bring into awareness what is that quality of I am that you're talking about the unboundedness the infinite potential one ability to connect to everyone that's who we are one with the own create co-creator infinite creativity blissfulness and lovingness you take few seconds and ask yourself what is one attribute or more of that true nature of ours you would like to manifest through you whether you like it or not when we settle our mind chatter we start manifesting that whether we are aware or not when we allow this own energy to flow we manifest love joy compassion joyfulness to ourselves and others but maybe for our set meditation purpose ask yourself what is that you would like to manifest more enhance that beautiful let's take nice deep inhale and exhale out couple of more in heels and axles and again we let go of our own in for me affirmations and intentions and allow the universe to take care of its details we allow it to unfold and once it unfold we follow through with a hundred percent commitment will power confidence support support from ourselves and from others again couple of deep inhale exhale out and very gently bring both your palms together go ahead and rub them gently awakening ourself with all the five senses as you touch your palms to your eyes and for today for a few seconds place your eyes palms on your eyes and let not any light go through your palms into your eyes feel the complete darkness as you do so realize the melting of your physical boundaries the boundary of your body feel yourself connected your energy your soul to your loved ones here at each other to your community to the world sending this love and compassion and the vibration of yourself to others and very gently when you're ready again massage from head to toe nice circular motion to your neck and throat and all your joints again awakening the energy within the steady energy that we created in our meditation for ourself now ready to act take action nice nourishing actions for ourself and others all the way up to your knees to your ankles back to your eyes and whenever you are ready opening your eyes and I truly am grateful to be here I'm truly grateful that you all join us thank you so much
