Peace,
Everyone.
Today we are going to be doing a guided meditation to bring more calmness and presence into our lives.
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position or you can lie down on your back.
Relax your shoulders away from your ears,
Relax the muscles in your face,
And unclench your jaw.
I invite you to close your eyes or just simply gaze in front of you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
And let it out through your mouth.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
And let it out through your mouth.
We are going to repeat a series of affirmations along with our breath.
You can repeat these affirmations in your mind.
Breathe in and repeat the following affirmation,
I am calm.
Breathing out,
I am present.
Breathing in,
I am calm.
Breathing out,
I am present.
Breathing in,
I am calm.
Breathing out,
I am present.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Bring your attention to the air moving in and out of your nose.
Start to bring your awareness back into the room.
When you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
