Namaste.

Welcome to Meditations for the Soul.

Today we're embracing the fact that things may never be the same.

This is a meditation for a new normal.

Today use this moment of stillness to come to a strong foundation.

You can come to this meditation when you feel your life is unsteady,

Uncertain,

And out of control.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Melt into the space around you,

And settle in.

We live in uncertain times now more than ever.

It can feel like we have no control over our lives,

And life is spiraling out of control,

And you don't know what to do.

Allowing time to pass by,

Full of anxiety,

Worry,

And fear.

Our hearts consumed with news,

Making us more uneasy,

Feeling as if we have nothing to stand on,

A loose foundation.

But I am here to remind you how to find a strong foundation by letting our minds meditate on the things unmovable,

Unshakable,

Unchanging.

We are able to be still,

Confident,

And have ease.

Today let's meditate on God's love,

God's trust.

Let's disconnect from the world and reconnect to his word.

To renew our minds and build our lives on his strong foundation,

Get ready to sink into this meditation moment.

Begin by breathing slowly and deeply,

Getting lost in the beat.

Quiet your monkey minds and embrace right now.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale fully.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Letting your body loosen and lighten.

Inhale,

And exhale.

In this moment,

Continue to breathe on your own.

As the track takes over,

Find a rhythm that matches your breath.

That works for you.

Use these still moments to build your mind upon God's love.

That is a firm foundation.

Let's meditate on God's love.

Bring your attention to the intention to trust God and his love.

Lean into what his love would feel like.

Lean into what his trust would feel like.

Laying all your burdens down and giving them to God now.

Letting your body loosen and lighten.

Letting your body loosen and lighten.

God gives attention and takes care of the wildflowers.

Know and have confidence,

Faith that he'll attend to you,

Take pride in you,

Do his best for you.

What I want you to do now is relax.

Don't be so preoccupied with everything and open your heart to God's giving.

Steep your life in God reality,

God initiative,

God provisions.

Don't worry about missing out.

You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met when your heart is open and ready to receive God's giving.

Begin to lift your attention to your current space.

Give your full attention to what God is doing right now and don't get worried about what may or may not happen tomorrow.

God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.

Settle in and give it all to God now.

As we continue living this life,

The world will always be uncertain.

We can always be afraid,

But God reminds us that we can build our life on him.

Let this track be a reminder when you get uncertain that you can always count on God to be your firm foundation.
