Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

This meditation can be part of your emergency kit that you can use when you feel really out of balance.

Of course you can use it anytime you want.

Here we're calling the energy of Mother Earth and Father Sky to harmonize us.

So make sure you're sitting comfortable or you can lie down,

Close your eyes and visualize that the energy of the earth is traveling from the center of the earth through the sole of your feet up your inner legs all the way to your chest.

And remember that the energy of the earth is what keeps us alive.

From that we eat,

We drink and it's all connected with love.

So visualize that you're inhaling and you're pulling that beautiful,

Beautiful quality into your chest.

Now when you exhale you visualize the opposite.

You visualize the energy that comes from the heaven in a form of a golden waterfall that falls down and touches gently your crown and then spreads to the front of your body,

Sides of your body and your back and flows all the way down to the earth to unite with the earth.

Okay,

So let's inhale,

Bringing the energy of the earth to the chest through the inner legs and the torso.

Inhale strong,

Sit clear.

Exhale visualize clearly the energy that comes from heaven and nourishes you front sides and back.

Again,

Inhale strong,

Pull a lot of life force and a lot of air from the earth up to your chest.

Exhale and bring the heaven energy down all the way to the earth.

It's very important to keep clear images of how the flow from earth to heaven or earth to chest and then from heaven to earth through the front,

The sides and the back.

So when you feel really unwell,

Do the first few breaths strong and then as your system starts to relax,

Calm down the breath but keep the image very very clear and like this you're gonna restore very fast and feel much much better to continue your day.
