Meditation can be something quite casual.
We meditate,

And it's okay.
We're meditating to relax,
To feel better.
But if you really go deeper into the knowledge behind meditation and the knowledge about spirituality,
Then you realize that what you're touching is something that is quite out there,
Really,
You know?
It's quite out there because it's completely different than the way most humanity connects to life.
And the reality that we're living is completely different.
What I mean is that beyond what we see reality,
There's actually pure consciousness,
Which you are.
So everything that you are looking around you,
Doesn't matter what it is,
Yeah?
It can be your body.
It can be the chair or whatever you look,
You see,
You touch.
It's actually energy in motion,
Yeah?
It is consciousness.
It's the same,
Let's say,
Substance or material that creates the whole creation.
And that's why I say it's also powerful and so deep to understand and more to understand,
To experience,
Because the same,
Let's say,
Substance that creates all the stars and the infinite space of the whole creation is what's creating you.
And what is more crazy is that that substance is a living,
Let's say,
Living being.
You see,
This is the most crazy thing,
Yeah?
So it is wisdom,
Yeah?
It is knowledge,
Yeah?
And this is you,
Yeah?
But not only you,
The person,
This is you,
That substance is you.
And once you connect to it,
Once you feel it,
Once you're experiencing it indirectly,
Something so powerful changes in your whole being,
So powerful.
And then you know the truth.
You don't need a mediation for the truth.
You know,
You don't need somebody to tell you something.
You know it from direct experience.
You know the truth.
That's why I say that what we're doing here is not just meditation to feel good and to be less anxious.
It's to really break the cycle of life and death.
This is quite potent and powerful to understand.
And the cycle of life and death is happening only because of the confusion that I am me,
Separate from all this infinite consciousness,
Which is not the truth,
Yeah?
I am everything.
I am all there is.
You are all there is.
And all there is,
Is all there is.
And this is you,
Yeah?
It's not me,
Yair,
Is all there is,
Which is there.
It's not like this.
All this,
All what we call all-ness,
Is who you are.
Okay?
And this must be directly experienced,
So you can,
You know exactly what I'm talking about.
How it can be experienced.
First,
To understand that this is possible and this is the truth that is available for you all the time.
So one is to open your mind to that possibility.
Number two is to understand also the theory.
Okay?
So the theory is that your mind,
The same mind that is engaging with yourself,
With others,
With life in any way,
In all ways,
That same mind holds the capacity of connecting to exactly what I just said to realize that it is infinite in nature,
That it is actually pure in nature,
That it's actually empty in nature.
Okay?
That same mind.
And how do we get to that same mind?
How do we get to that deep state of being?
We get it by in the beginning using the mind to slowly connect to subtle,
More subtle,
And more subtle,
And more subtle manifestation of creation.
And then after that,
We need to drop the mind itself.
This is the process.
That's why when we meditate,
We're connecting a lot to energy,
Because energy is very subtle,
Yet it's not it yet,
But it's a step for that.
Okay?
Another prerequisite to connect is presence,
Of course,
Because this is not something you can think about as somewhere.
You have to become that.
And when you're becoming that,
That becoming is presence itself.
Okay?
Good.
So,
Let's do it.
And it's very important also to understand that this is a training.
It's like any training that you need to realign your whole system into that wisdom.
It's not something that you just do one day,
And even if you had such,
Wow,
That was amazing kind of experience,
It's not enough.
Yeah?
It's something you need to be completely committed to.
Otherwise,
It will be just a way to feel better and to be less anxious in life.
But this is very basic.
We can take it million and million,
Million a time bigger than that.
Because being anxious or not being anxious is not really the definition of being enlightened or not enlightened.
Yeah?
Or connecting to that wisdom.
Okay?
Because while we are an infinite being,
We're also human beings,
And we have all our psychological baggage,
And part of our interaction with the world brings a lot of anxiety.
Okay?
But as you go deeper and deeper into that,
You can realize and be more comfortable with who you are in your human nature,
In your ego nature.
So,
It's not about rejecting our existence.
It's about understanding the fullness of who we are.
Okay.
So,
Let's connect inwards.
And I say connect inwards,
Although it's not about really connecting into our body as well,
Because our body is present,
But it's not really the point,
But it's easy to start this way.
Okay.
So,
We connected.
We're connecting inwards,
And we're connecting to the breath,
Which is very,
Very comfortable to gauge how it's doing,
Because it's in constant move.
And as well,
The breath is the first thing that enters into our human existence,
And the last thing to leave our human existence.
Okay.
So,
When we're connecting to the breath and the breathing,
It helps us a lot to to connect deeper to that silent truth,
Which we are.
So,
We just observe how the breath moves in and out.
And it's normal,
Like for me,
For example,
My nervous system right now is not quiet,
But it doesn't matter.
So,
It's not that we must feel amazing in the beginning.
It'll come,
No worries.
When the energy harmonizes,
When the breath harmonizes,
We're going to feel much better,
A hundred percent.
Okay.
What's important is to start with something to touch on,
And then gradually the nervous system will calm down,
And you're going to feel more and more and more in harmony.
Okay.
So,
We're observing how the breath moves in and out.
And we can,
A little bit,
Gradually,
Just give a tiny push to the breath to go a bit deeper,
Like not to really force it,
But to guide it a bit deeper into the body.
If possible,
Guide it all the way to your pelvic floor.
And then,
When you're exhaling,
Just feel that you're letting go and softening.
Good.
Now,
Let's do a short scan of our system,
And just ask ourselves how we're doing emotionally.

It doesn't have to be any grand emotion like strong anxiety or panic or anger or fear.
It could,
But it doesn't have to be like this.
We're just glancing at our heart center.
We're just asking ourselves,
How is it doing right there?
Yeah.
What's happening there,
Right there,
Right now?
What kind of emotion I perceive from there?
And there's no need to get wrapped with the story of emotions.
No matter what you feel is okay.
It's not a big thing.
Emotion comes and goes.
It's no problem.
What's important and really important is to see it,
But not to be pulled into it.
Don't let it magnetize your whole attention and enter into the story relating to the emotion.
Just observe it,
And that's it.
Then ask yourself,
What's happening in my mind?
Is it relaxed?
Is it moving fast?
Pay attention.
And as well,
Check what's happening in your head in relationship to thoughts.
You know,
Maybe there's more tension in your forehead or other places in your head.
Okay.
Now,
Let's go more subtle,
And let's ask ourselves,
How is the energy flow?
What do I feel energetically?
And it's very important to train the mind to be more subtle than the physical.
Very important.
So,
What is an energy language?
It's the same as physical language,
Yeah,
But it's more subtle.
So,
If physically,
Let's say,
The norm is to feel some pain or some discomfort.
So,
With energy,
We feel the same,
But more subtle.
A language of energy is,
For example,
Big and small,
Yeah,
Dark and light,
Full and empty.
And so,
It's really helpful when we're comparing.
So,
If I compare the left and right sides of my body,
What are those sensations like?
This is energy language.
Is my left side bigger than the right or vice versa?
Do I see that one is more dark or bright?
Do I feel that one is more dense or tense compared to the other?
And now,
Again,
Still in the realm of the energy body,
Let's observe a flow.
So,
Let's say,
Ask yourself,
How is the flow of energy from heaven through my body into the earth?
Do I feel that there is like a river of light or river of water or river of energy flowing through me?
Do I feel that my front is flowing,
Is nourished,
My back,
My sides?
Take a minute to observe.
Okay,
This is extremely important when you want to balance yourself,
To harmonize the reverse flow of energy,
Because the reverse flow of energy gives many symptoms all the time.
Once you,
Again,
Direct it in the right direction,
You feel much better.
It's always like this.
So,
Let's assume,
Which is usually the case for all of us,
Is that the energy is reversed and it's more in the head than in the lower part of the body.
The ways to redirect it is,
Number one,
Is just tell it.

You're just ordering or directing it.
Now you need to go down.
And then you can add to it a visualization of like a river or waterfall of golden light that is flowing down and you're kind of imposing the flow.
You're seeing,
You're creating that flow.
Energy always flows with images.

If you have a clear image,
Then it will follow it.
It will do exactly what you imagine.

So you can make sure that the front flows good and then you can do the same and check your back and,
Again,
Make sure it flows good.
Then the left and the right sides.
So,
You feel that there's a beautiful golden light flowing from heaven to earth and nourishing you and caressing you and help you feel really comfortable.
Good.
Then,
Of course,
We can do many other things like balancing chakras,
Working with meridians.
But let's now work with our aura,
With our energy field.
Because normally,
When we don't feel comfortable or normally when we start to meditate,
The energy field is quite tight on the system.
It's quite pulling inwards.
So,
Just try to identify how is your aura,
How is the energy field surrounding your body.
If you're not accustomed to connect to it,
You can just say,
I'm connecting now to my energy field and whatever comes from that declaration or that image,
That's how it is.
Whatever comes.
Okay,
So now when we're connected to the energy field,
Let's help it like we did in the golden waterfall from heaven to earth.
Let's help our energy field to expand like a beautiful sun to infinity.
So,
We become like the sun of infinity.
So,
Just visualize that image that your body transforms into the most bright,
Powerful,
Beautiful sun.
And that intensity illuminates the whole creation.
Remember that images creates the reality.
And you confirm it right now,
Because at least for me,
When I bring this image,
Instantaneously,
I feel better,
Immediately.
Now,
Let's pay attention to the part that pays attention,
Meaning to the awareness.
Okay,
So all what we did so far was helped by the fact that we can identify things using our awareness.
Awareness is located in your third eye.
You can compare it to a beam or a source of light that illuminates any object you're choosing to.
Just let's just dedicate time to be with that projector of light.
Without asking it to be directed to anything,
Not to a thought,
Not to an emotion,
Not to energy or pain or anything that it can recognize.
Let it just be quiet within itself without any attachment to any object.
And as you are aware of the awareness,
Or the awareness aware of itself,
Just ask yourself,
That experience of awareness aware of itself,
Where does it take place?
Meaning,
Is it only in my head or are you getting a sensation that that experience immediately takes you infinitely bigger than yourself?
Because awareness is not personal.
Awareness and that consciousness,
That substance that creates the whole creation,
Which I mentioned in the beginning,
Is the same thing.
When you are aware of awareness,
Immediately you have the key to become the whole creation,
To connect to that quality that creates all there is,
That makes all there is,
That is all there is.
Resting awareness in awareness,
Without pulling that awareness to identify with this form of the human being,
Just let it be infinite,
Completely infinite.
That the infinite being,
That infinite expansion is experienced the same way strongest when the ego identity dissolves.
It's not that,
Wow,
I am infinite.
It's not like this.
That I am,
The ego I am,
Has to soften and dissolve into that infinite being.
And then what happens is the magic,
That suddenly you feel that you are all there is,
You know,
You're not only this person.
You are creation itself,
All there is,
Without making any effort,
Without needing to visualize it or to expand or to do anything.
It's naturally just who you are.
Okay,
So now we are in the position that we are all there is,
Pure consciousness,
Infinite being,
With no unique identity that I am Yair or nothing of that.
And in that infinite being state,
We are acknowledging as well the human form or the human part or the ego person that now we are as well.
And let's help this ego person we called me or I to catch up,
To completely synchronize with the truth,
Yeah,
With that infinity which we are.
So here things completely reversed.
Instead of me in the center expanding outwards,
Now is me is all there is,
Calling that little part that called,
Normally we call me,
To join,
To synchronize with that infinite being which I am.
Let's call first of all our nervous system to soften and harmonize and relax into that infinite beauty which all is in you are.
I'm calling my nervous system to soften and synchronize in that infinite space.
You see our nervous system is very charged because by default,
On a regular basis,
We're functioning as a human being separated from all there is.
And now we're reversing.
So we're calling the charged nervous system to synchronize,
To soften,
To open.
And you can see that that works because gradually you feel that your nervous system become quiet,
That gradually you stop feeling your physical form so clearly and you have more and more and more a sense of being instead of being somebody or somewhere.
Let's do the same and call our heart center to open up and synchronize with that infinite being which we are.
Again,
Always,
Always,
Always acknowledge that you are infinity and call the little person to synchronize.
Okay?
And when you do this meditation on your own,
If you still have any areas of your body or of your emotional system that feels tight,
That are pulling in,
You can always invite those as well to synchronize.
Please remember that who you are is that infinite being.
Yeah?
So always when you have anything that pulls you strong into the human experience,
Always remember who you are and go back to the truth.
So it's time to be awakened from that illusion that constantly pulls us into tension and suffering.
