My name is Scott Thompson and welcome to this meditation.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whether sitting in a chair or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a nice long slow deep breath in.
Gently exhale.
Take another nice long slow deep breath in.
And gently release.
Allow yourself to relax.
Knowing there's no place for you to be,
Nothing for you to do,
Nothing to think about.
Just be.
And in your mind's eye visualize a ball of white light hovering three inches above your head.
This light is filled with love,
Peace,
Grace,
Wisdom,
Love.
And allow this ball of light to start traveling down through the top of your head.
Down around your face.
And to your neck.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing your throat.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Traveling down your chest.
To your arms.
Your hands.
Continuing down,
Relaxing your belly.
Your lower abdomen.
Your hips.
Your thighs.
Your legs.
Your knees.
Your feet.
You're in a total state of relaxation.
Just witness your breath.
Notice how it slowly comes in.
Slowly moves out.
Our mind is inundated with sixty to eighty thousand thoughts per day.
Most of those thoughts are not even about us.
About the future.
The past.
Current events.
The should've,
Would've,
Could'ves.
And not enough of us.
Just push those all aside now.
Focusing on the sound of my voice.
You are a being of light.
You are designed to thrive.
To love.
Somewhere along this path.
Something or someone has told you otherwise.
You are love.
You are light.
And in this precious moment,
It's all you need to know.
So as you breathe,
Breathe in love.
When you exhale,
Breathe out light.
Breathe in love with me now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out light.

Simply follow your breath now.
Focusing in on breathing in love.
