This offering is infused with Reiki, and the sound bath includes Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls as well as vocal toning. Hello and welcome.

Today is Valentine's Day.

It is also World Sound Healing Day.

So I wanted to offer a guided meditation and sound bath about finding love within yourself.

So whether you are watching this on this February 14th day,

Or if it's sometime in the future,

Really the message,

The healing,

Is timeless.

There is always time to find love within yourself.

So get settled.

Bring in a pillow for your head,

A blanket for your body.

Just allow yourself to be comforted,

To settle,

To feel the support beneath you,

To feel the support around you,

To feel the love and support within you.

Gently guide your awareness to your breath.

Just noticing your body breathing without trying to alter or change the breath.

Just notice and observe.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

Perhaps gently allow your eyes to close.

Or your gaze to soften.

Bring your breath,

Your awareness,

Into yourself.

Connecting to your heart,

To yourself.

And as you exhale,

Just allow all the cares,

The worries of the day,

To release,

To let go.

Allowing this time to be just for you.

A time for you to heal.

A time for you to connect to yourself,

Into the love within.

Taking a slow,

Deep inhalation.

And slowly,

Deeply exhale.

Allow a sense of softening with each breath.

Bringing your breath,

Your awareness,

To that dark space,

That warm space,

Behind the closed eyes.

Just envisioning within this space,

Someone that you love.

This could be a family member.

See them.

This could be a family member.

See them.

You felt love for them.

What were they doing?

How did they look?

Where were you?

Let yourself feel the love of this person.

Remembering this time and place.

Remembering that feeling of love and being loved,

Unconditionally,

Just as you are now.

Feel into the joy,

Connection you have with them.

Noticing where you may be able to feel this in your body,

In your whole being.

That beacon of radiance,

Of love,

Beacon of radiance,

Of love,

Within every cell.

Feel the vibration of love,

Shining through every cell of your body,

And the joy.

And then letting go of the thought,

That person,

And let go of the thought,

That person.

Focus just entirely on the feeling of love.

Allow yourself to rest in it,

To feel the energy of love within your body,

Within your heart.

Throughout the body,

With each breath,

Feel yourself as love.

Notice how the sensation of love and joy remain even after you have let go of the idea,

The person,

Of the experience that inspired it.

Your love originates from within.

It is not dependent on anything or anyone outside of you.

You are love.

Feel and connect to your love within your heart,

Within your heart,

Within every cell.

Perhaps repeating to yourself,

I am a beacon of radiance.

I receive and give love today and always.

Allowing yourself to feel,

To be in the presence of your own love,

Your own light.

Toning to the sound,

The heart,

All.

All.

Inhaling and then as you exhale,

Allow your heart to sing.

Allow your heart song to be heard even if your voice shakes.

Share the love within to all of the world.

All.

Feel the love within every cell.

Inhaling and then sharing that love with the world.

All.

I radiate love.

I give and receive love today and always.
