My name is Carol Noel from Integra Soul.
This meditation is about surrender and release.
Release the path for you to walk with confidence on your path,
And to be more conscious about what's going on in your body and what's going on outside your body.
Please take a seat.
Put your feet on the ground.
Have your back straight.
Put your hands on your leg.
Softly and relax.
Or you can sit in Lutus position.
Or you can even lie down.
Let yourself be.
Let go of your daily life by taking three deep breaths.
You inhale deeply.
You close your eyes and you exhale.
You inhale and you exhale.
You inhale and you exhale.
You feel the calmness inside your body.
Relax.
Relax your forehead.
Relax.
Relax your feet.
Relax your cheek.
Relax your legs.
And connect with your breathing.
Feel each breath inside your body.
Relax your mouth,
Your jaw.
Your belly,
Your back.
Relax.
Relax your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your shoulders.
Just relax.
Every cells in your body are calm.
Every thing,
Every aspect of your body is just relaxing.
Just calm.
Breathe.
For each breath,
You feel the flow of energy inside your body.
There's a field with a path.
That field is very green with lots of flowers.
The sun is shining.
And you embark on that path and you walk slowly by being conscious.
At every step you take,
You feel each step inside your body.
You are conscious about all the things that are going on outside your body.
You feel the wind on your skin.
You feel the heat of the sun on your skin.
You hear the birds singing,
The breeze of the wind in the leaves of the trees.
You see the sun shining in the sky.
You're just walking slowly on that path.
And you breathe.
Each time that you're inhaling,
You inhale the freedom to be.
You inhale the love,
The love that you feel.
And you inhale your strength and your courage to release and surrender your path.
And each time that you're exhaling,
You exhale everything that you don't want anymore.
That is unnecessary for your awareness.
You liberate yourself from those emotions.
You liberate yourself from those blocked energies.
You liberate yourself from memories that cause some pain inside yourself.
You liberate yourself from pain.
Each time that you walk that step,
You walk on that path.
You surrender and release your path.
And you just look in front of you.
You feel the beneficial of that liberation.
You accept that past and you forgive it.
You forgive yourself.
Breathe.
In front of you,
There's a river.
And it is for you to ask yourself if you want to go through that river.
Once you go through that river,
Your past will be release and surrender.
And it is your choice to live it there.
It is your choice to surrender to it,
To release it for good.
Breathe.
You'll go slowly into that process by going on three stones,
Like stepping stones throughout that river that is just before you.
If you want and if you choose,
You go on the first stepping stone.
And you repeat,
I surrender and release my past now.
I surrender and release my past now.
I surrender and release my past now.
And breathe and feel that past going away.
Feel.
Feel that calmness,
That harmony inside yourself.
Already you feel lighter.
Already you feel joy.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Now you choose.
You choose to go on the second stepping stone.
And now you repeat,
I surrender and release my emotions from that past now.
When you let go those emotions,
Cry.
Cry.
I surrender and release those emotions from my past now.
Let yourself go.
Free yourself from those emotions.
I surrender and release those emotions from my past now.
Breathe.
And now is the third stepping stone.
And it is for you to choose if you want to step on that stone.
If so,
Go on and step on that stone.
And repeat with me.
I surrender and release the blocked energies from that past now.
And if your body is shaking,
It's releasing and you are liberating yourself from those blocked energies now.
I surrender and release those blocked energies from my past now.
And again,
I surrender and release those blocked energies from my past now.
Breathe.
Now you are on the other side of the river.
And now you are free.
And you walk on that path that you path.
That path where you feel free and liberated from that past.
Nothing,
Nothing can stop you now.
Everything is possible for you.
You just have to open your arms to all the possibilities that are here for you now.
You feel the joy inside yourself.
You feel the love.
You feel the light.
You feel different.
You feel free.
Breathe.
And breathe that gratitude towards yourself and towards your source.
Feel your strength,
Your courage and your love for yourself.
You are free.
Dance if you want and you are free.
Free.
Free.
Feel it inside every cells of your body.
Free.
Feel your word.
Feel your confidence towards your future.
You are completely free.
