Have you been feeling unmotivated or uninspired lately? This sound bath is great to help increase creativity and focus by removing any stagnant energy within the chakra system. Unwind as you are guided into a more relaxed & sacred state with a head to toe body scan. You then will be showered with the vibrations from crystal singing bowls, that is focused on the sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakra.

My name is Eleni,

And I welcome you to this guided meditation with crystal singing bowls.

I invite you to take a comfortable seat now,

Either sitting or lying down.

I invite you to close your eyes now.

Really settle into your body now.

As you have your eyes closed,

Allow your eyelids to really soften.

And as we move our way down now to your jaw,

I invite you to unclench it.

As we work our way now down to our shoulders,

I invite you to roll them down and away from you.

Really allow them to soften and melt into the surface below you.

As we work our way down now to your arms and your hands,

Really allow them to soften and to melt.

Now as we get to your chest and belly area,

Really begin to relax now.

Really begin to melt to the surface below you.

Now as we work our way down to your hips,

I invite you to give them a little rock back and forth for additional comfort.

As you work your way down to your legs and your feet,

Really sink into relaxation now.

Really soften and melt into the surface below you.

There's any tension within your body.

Give your body permission to let it all dissolve away now.

Give yourself permission to relax now.

Nothing is expected of you right now.

You are deserving and worthy of this time right now.

We're now going to do three cleansing breaths,

In through our nose and out through our mouth.

Let's begin with breath one,

In through our nose and out through our mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

Now breath two,

In through your nose and out through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper,

Deeper into relaxation.

And breath three,

In through your nose and out through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper to relaxation.

You can now invite normal breathing to return.

You are now in a sacred space.

In this space,

It is safe for you to relax.

It is safe for you to release.

It is safe for you to receive.

And it is safe for you to heal.

And so it is.

You can now come back into yourself.

Before I have you open your eyes,

Let's do three cleansing breaths,

In through our nose and out through our mouth.

Now breath two,

In through your nose and let that energy out.

And your last breath,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

You can now begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and get back into your day.
