Allow yourself to sit back and relax.
If you want you can close your eyes.
If you can,
Place both your feet firmly on the floor,
Allowing yourself to get centered.
I'm going to take a few deep breaths in together to become fully present here in this moment.
Take a deep breath in and let it out.
Breathe in and release.
Finally,
Breath in together and let it out.
Now I'd like you to imagine that any stress that you might sense in your body,
You're allowing it to be released.
Any tension that you're holding,
Consciously or unconsciously,
You're allowing it to flow through your body,
Through the soles of your feet,
Into the earth,
Releasing any fear,
Any anxiety that you may be feeling or that you have recently felt.
Allowing your worry and your concern to leave your body through the soles of your feet,
Trusting that those energies will be transformed by the earth.
If during this meditation any emotions come up,
I invite you to let them come to the surface.
Allow them to come up and out.
As if we've just released tension from your body,
Some space has opened up and we're replacing those openings,
We're filling those with trust,
With calm.
Allow yourself to be filled with the sense of being centered and present.
Present in this moment where you can consciously choose to stay connected to yourself,
To stay connected to your child,
To stay connected to the earth.
Allowing the earth to support you,
Choosing to stay grounded and centered and allowing yourself the time and the space to return to a sense of calm whenever you need it.
Whenever you do feel anxiety,
When you're worried or concerned,
When you sense anything in your body that increases your worry,
Allow yourself to consciously choose what you focus on.
Remember the power of the mind.
Remember that you can choose what to focus on.
When thoughts are running through your head,
You can step out of that cycle.
Allowing yourself to be consciously present in this moment.
Allowing yourself to be present with whatever you feel,
Creating space for your emotions,
Allowing them to flow through you rather than pushing them away,
Which is what we often do.
And even when it feels uncomfortable,
And it probably will,
Know that by allowing yourself to be present with what you feel,
You can then release those emotions rather than repress them.
So you'll keep carrying them around with you.
So they will remain present at the back of your mind.
So I invite you to allow the energies to bubble up,
Allowing the emotions to come up and out.
Let them flow through you and out of you,
Releasing them into the earth.
Rather than keeping them stuck inside,
Give yourself permission to feel whatever it is that you are feeling,
Whether you are happy or sad.
Continue to stay present.
Stay connected to your body.
Whenever you feel that you're getting stuck in your head,
Allow your breathing to deepen by placing a hand on your lower belly,
Breathing into your feet towards the earth.
I'd like you to take another deep breath in.
Allow any pressure in your head to lessen.
Feel how your feet are getting heavier,
How you become more aware of your physical body,
Allowing yourself to become more comfortable with your physique,
Allowing yourself to embrace this body and its abilities.
Embrace this baby.
Embrace yourself.
Being kind to yourself.
Remembering to love yourself.
And if you want,
You can repeat the following affirmations either out loud or in your mind,
Or simply let them sink in.
I trust my body.
My body knows what to do.
I trust my baby.
It chose me to be its mother.
I trust divine timing and I surrender to the process.
I release any anxiety,
Any tension I'm still holding in my body.
I choose to remain calm and stay centered.
Whenever I feel anxiety,
I choose to release it through deep breaths.
I see the anxiety leave my body.
I feel the tension lessen.
Whenever fear or worry returns,
I allow myself grace.
Now if you want,
You can place a hand on your chest to connect to yourself.
If you haven't already done so and it feels comfortable,
You can place your other hand on your tummy to connect to this child growing inside you,
Allowing your breathing to deepen.
Allow any negative emotions to slowly dissipate.
Feel how you're getting calmer,
Perhaps even warmer.
Whenever it feels like you're stuck in this cycle of stress,
Of fear,
Whenever it feels hard to believe that things will turn out well,
Allow yourself to return to center.
Allow yourself to surrender to the process,
To divine timing,
To trusting that this child chose you for a reason.
Keep believing in yourself,
Your ability to be a mother.
Keep believing in this child growing inside you.
Keep believing in your body,
This unique ability to create life.
Perhaps allow yourself to feel gratitude that this child chose you to be its mom.
And then allow your breathing to deepen even further.
Take a moment to feel gratitude that you are here,
That you are living,
That you are breathing.
And that no matter the sadness and the disappointment,
The fear that may come up at times,
You are a unique human being.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
You are chosen.
Embracing yourself,
Embracing your experience,
Allowing yourself to be filled with trust,
With possibility,
Breathing through whatever you feel when it's needed,
Allowing yourself to smile,
To believe,
To be supported by the seen and the unseen dimensions.
Feeling the love that is available for you.
Feel the love that you carry inside for yourself,
For others.
Feel all you have to give,
All you have to offer.
Perhaps setting the intention to enjoy this experience,
Even if it's only for moments at a time.
Giving yourself permission to be with whatever is,
Without needing to feel happy,
Without needing to feel bad.
Simply allowing yourself to be.
Know that you are loved.
Know that we are cheering for you.
Know that you can be so proud of yourself for all that you've done,
All that you're doing.
Know that you are not alone.
And we're so grateful for your journey,
For all you have experienced,
And for the courage to choose to be pregnant again.

And feel how your body's being filled with golden light,
