Hey and welcome to this Asteya invocation meditation.
I am Isaiah.
Make sure you will not be disturbed.
You want to be safe enough in both the physical and spiritual realms to let go and immerse completely in the experience.
Make yourself comfortable lying down,
Sitting,
Preferably with your feet on the ground,
And crossing your arms and legs.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Take the time to find the position that will allow your whole body and mind to relax.
Start by inhaling deeply and slowly through your nose,
Bringing the air deep into your belly and letting it swell.
Exhale now through the mouth,
Slowly and deeply,
Letting the air flow and entering into relaxation.
Breathe in.
Imagine that the fresh air completely fills your body from the top of your head to your toes and to the tips of your fingers.
And breathe out.
Imagine letting go of everything you don't need,
All the debris that clutters you.
Breathe in through your nose.
Fill your stomach and chest with air.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Pay attention to your legs and relax along your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes.
Breathe in slowly and deeply.
Breathe out.
Note your back,
Your neck,
Your spine.
Let your back stretch and your shoulders drop.
Relax your muscles.
The weight goes off and your body softens.
Breathe in through your nose,
Slowly and deeply.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Relax your bust,
Your chest,
Your stomach.
Inhale,
Exhale and relax the muscles of your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Feel the relaxation in your head,
Your face,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
Your skull,
Your hair.
Breathe in.
The air completely renews you.
All parts of your body are now filled with fresh and delicious energy.
Breathe out.
The air that comes out removes all the tensions,
All the worries and all the unwanted thoughts.
You now feel calm and relaxed.
Breathe in slowly,
Breathe in deeply.
And with each breath,
You move further towards the calm center of yourself and deep relaxation settles throughout your body and mind.
Welcome this well-being and relax even more.
Visualize now roots growing below your feet and around your legs,
Also starting from your tailbone.
Beautiful,
Powerful roots that go deep into Mother Earth that allow you to feel grounded.
They hold you in place and grow through the soil and the different layers of the Earth and descend,
Descend towards the deep center of the planet.
They keep you firmly anchored,
Rooted and secure,
And they continue to sink,
To grow even deeper until finally reaching the heart of the planet.
You feel when you have reached the center of Gaia,
Of Mother Earth,
Because you feel now bathed in a flow of unconditional love,
All the love that the Earth has for you,
This energy,
This love that now comes back up through your roots,
That slowly rises to fill your whole being,
Your whole body.
This amber,
Coppery-colored light that is the Earth's love for you fills your body,
Starting with the feet,
Working its way up your legs,
Your spine,
Through your arms and hands,
Then moving up again towards your head,
Completely encompassing every cell in your body.
And you feel an immense sense of security,
Stability,
Of trust.
You feel loved,
Strong,
Centered,
Full of a sense of belonging,
Because you know that you have your place here on this Earth,
In this universe.
I would like you now to notice that all around your body are millions of tiny droplets,
Like minuscule fireflies,
Floating around in the air.
Maybe you've seen them when a sun ray enters through a window at an angle,
And you've noticed them shining and glittering all around.
These beads of golden light are always there.
They are,
In fact,
Energy,
Particles of golden light coming straight from Source,
Pure golden love.
With your next breath,
I invite you to imagine that you breathe in millions of these microscopic golden treasures inside your body.
And with each breath,
They fill your body with golden light.
Feel the warmth and the golden energy infusing you.
Soon,
Your entire body is charged with golden light energy.
Sense it filling up with gold shimmering light,
And almost radiating outwards.
Feel how much well-being,
Strength and love lies in this light.
I now would like you to concentrate on gathering these tiny particles into a ball.
Feel them getting together inside your body.
They create a golden sphere of about six inches that comes and rests around your solar plexus.
It is a shining globe of golden light glowing inside your body,
Pulsating with golden yellow energy,
Like an orb of fire.
This ball is yours.
It is always there.
You can feel it at all times.
You just have to notice it,
Or take time to sense it again.
With your next breath,
You are going to allow this ball to expand and make it into a big bubble that includes all your body,
From the top of your head to your toes to your fingertips.
You are creating a beautiful golden field of loving energy around you,
One that lets out the beautiful energy of your heart,
Of your loving deep heart,
While at the same time protecting you and only allowing in that which is for your highest good.
Allow your breath to strengthen it.
Each breath strengthens the beautiful golden bubble of light surrounding you.
Imagine that this golden shining bubble is all around you,
And you can sense it,
And you can feel that you can send love out.
The deep love in your heart will reach all those that need it.
And you know that this golden bubble will also keep out anything that's not meant for you.
It will allow in only that which is for your highest good.
And as that bubble continues to strengthen with each breath,
Allow yourself to just remain here,
Strengthening,
Breathing,
Fully protected.
And when it feels complete for you,
You can compress the bubble into a ball again and feel it taking its place in your solar plexus,
Shining and glowing with its loving golden beautiful energy.
And you know that this ball of golden light is a gift from Hestia,
Greek goddess of the sacred fire,
That you can connect to this inner golden goddess in yourself at any time.
And as I say those words,
You feel her presence around you,
For we have invoked her with our love and energy work.
And you hear a voice in your mind.
Her voice,
She says,
Dear child,
I invite you now to carry more golden energy in your sacred solar plexus,
To feel your incredible inherent value and the indomitable support and energy that you can get by connecting with me.
I praise your qualities and I grant you the clarity to see your worth,
To appreciate it,
Enjoy it and use your unique gifts and talents to manifest more happiness and good in the world,
Both for yourself and others.
And I invite you now to feel that truth,
That you are deserving and worthy,
That you are a perfectly created child of the universe,
That you are a gem in all that you are.
In the silence that follows,
You know that Hestia has gone for now,
But you know that this is always available for you.
And as you continue to practice this meditation,
It can become like second nature.
You can allow it any time you feel you need some extra protection,
Or when you need to remember you are a being of light and in connection with Source anytime.
Just breathe in the energy from all around you,
Inhale the golden particles,
Gather them into an orb of golden fire energy and with the exhale just allow the bubble to surround you.
It is soon time to slowly,
Gradually return to your usual state of mindfulness and you gently feel drawn back to the here and now.
Allow this place in your mind to slowly and gently fall away.
As we bring this meditation to an end,
Take a deep breath and when you feel ready,
Allow yourself to come back into the room.
Feel the texture of the clothes on your skin,
The weight of your body on the chair or bed.
Back in your space,
You become aware of the sounds around you and you start to move your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch out if it's good for you.
When you feel it,
Gently open your eyes,
Smile and go peacefully into the world to create and experience joy and gratitude.
Don't forget to drink water and if you wish,
Eat something to anchor these energies in your body right now.
