My name is Isra and welcome to this gratitude meditation.
You can choose to lie down or sit upright and gently closing the eyes and tuning inwards connecting to yourself in this moment.
Being present with whatever may be going on within yourself and breathing in through any sort of discomfort.
Letting go of any worries,
Of any to do lists and being fully present with yourself.
And bringing your focus to the center of your chest,
Your heart center.
And breathing in into your heart center and fully exhaling and letting go.
Taking a deep breath in here and fully exhaling.
You can choose to say these affirmations out loud or within your mind and as you say them to your heart space.
Feeling the gratitude throughout your body.
Gratitude is powerful in grounding you and connecting you to this moment and magnetizing that which you desire into your life.
Connecting to the frequency of what you desire.
I'm grateful and thankful for my breath.
I'm grateful and thankful for my body and for all that my body does for me.
I'm grateful and thankful for the food and water that I eat and drink.
I'm grateful and thankful for my bed and for my pillow.
I'm thankful for my home.
I'm thankful for the place I live in.
I'm grateful for myself and for how far I've come.
I'm grateful for all that my body does for me.
I'm grateful for my patience.
I'm thankful for my ability to love and to be loved.
I'm thankful for my ability to speak,
Walk and be.
I'm grateful for my body.
I'm grateful for the abundance in my life.
I'm so thankful for remembering more of who I am.
Deep gratitude to the warmth of the sun and the beauty of the moon.
Deep gratitude for the beauty of nature.
Thank you for this day and for this present moment.
I surrender all my fears and I choose joy.
I'm grateful for being right here,
Right now.
I'm grateful for my courage and for my strength.
I'm grateful for my intuition.
I'm thankful for traveling.
Thank you for my ability to manifest what I desire.
I'm grateful for who I am right here,
Right now.
I'm so grateful for all of my material possessions,
For my home.
Gratitude upon gratitude for this day.
Gratitude for my body.
Gratitude to myself.
Gratitude for the air I breathe and for the nourishment I receive from food and water.
I welcome in a greater sense of beauty and love into my life.
I allow my true expression to come through.
I'm grateful and thankful for all that is and all that will be.
Allowing yourself here to feel the energy of gratitude in your heart and allowing that to spread throughout your whole body.
Bringing balance and love to every cell of your body.
Breathing in peace and exhaling and letting go of any tension,
Of any stress and being fully present right here with yourself.
And bringing back your power back to yourself.
Feeling that gratitude continuing to emanate from the center of your chest.
What are you grateful for in this moment?
Now gently becoming aware of your fingers and your toes and your whole body.
You can slowly open your eyes carrying this energy throughout your day or night.
