Welcome to this gratitude meditation.
I am Isra.
Begin by sitting down comfortably,
Making sure your shoulders are stacked on top of your hips or you can choose to lie down.
Connecting to your body,
Being fully present with yourself.
Taking a couple cleansing deep breaths in.
Breathing in through your nostrils and exhaling through your mouth,
Letting out a sigh.
Breathing in fully into your belly and exhaling letting out a sigh.
Deepening your inhale through your nostrils and fully exhaling letting it out.
And now connecting to the center of your chest,
Connecting to your heart space.
Breathing into the center of your chest.
And exhaling out of the center of your chest.
With the inhale strengthening your heart energy.
And with the exhale expanding your heart energy.
Breathing into the center of your chest.
And exhaling from the center of your chest.
One more time,
Breathing fully in.
And exhaling from the center of your chest.
You could choose to repeat these affirmations within your mind.
Or you can simply allow these affirmations to shower over you.
I am grateful for slowing down and being present.
I am grateful and thankful for remembering more of my truth.
I am grateful for the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I am grateful for the warmth of my bed and pillow.
I am grateful for the delicious food I eat.
I am grateful for being right here,
Right now.
I am grateful for the clean water I drink.
I am grateful for my body and for all that my body does for me throughout the day.
I am grateful for connecting to myself.
I am grateful for warm showers and for the cleansing feeling of water on my skin.
Thank you water.
I am grateful for the hydration water provides for my body.
I am grateful for the air I breathe that fills me up with powerful life force energy.
Feeling every cell in my body becoming alive.
I am grateful for this beautiful day.
I am grateful for connecting to my intuition.
I am grateful for manifesting all of my desires.
I am grateful for my ability to create wealth.
I am grateful for the air I breathe.
I am grateful for the night sky.
I am grateful for this day.
I am grateful for my ability to feel inner peace.
I am grateful for all of my senses.
I am grateful for my eyes,
Ears,
Nose,
Mouth.
I am grateful for the support of people in my life.
I am grateful for how far I have come in my life.
I am grateful for the sound of ocean waves.
I am grateful for the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I am grateful for every cell in my body and for every organ in my body.
I am grateful for me and for all parts of me.
I am grateful for the love within my heart.
I am grateful for this beautiful day.
Breathing this energy of gratitude into every cell of your body.
Feeling uplifted and renewed.
Placing one hand on your heart and feeling your heart's energy.
