Find a comfortable seated position or lay down.
As you fill your heart with compassion.
Take a deep breath.
Let your exhalation be slow and steady.
And let's do that again.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Dosto kasini tira kateya naaya tustu roka ya kenasatiya.
Okoro ko neya tehstiya naaya tatarakatiya.
Akata iya naaya tuno noku turu ku iya naaya neya tehsti kiya.
Anakasiya tehsti ki anasakata yashtiki anaya kata yattehsti kiya.
Tushtuka tasakana yattehsti ki anasakata yaka.
When you find yourself being triggered.
When you're feeling shame,
Anger,
Guilt,
Frustration.
Send yourself the light of compassion.
And send others also the light of compassion.

Anasaraki yana yata yashtiki ano kodoro ko ishni yata.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe into your body.
Exhale slow,
Steady,
Exhalation.
And again inhale.
Slowly exhale.
Naya tohstiki anasakatirakaa ko ishnikia neshtiki anashtika.
Every being has their own story.
Tushnin anakatesi titiriki yateshtiki anasaka.
Otushtukoto ishtiki anasakatirakatiya.
And finding empathy.
Tushtukyona yatasas takate shtikana yaka.
And compassion.
Tushtukyateshtikateshtnikiyatishtikiya.
For people that may not perceive the world the same as yourself.
Tushtiki anasakatesh.
They may not agree with you.
Tushtikiya or you with them.
Tushtiki na satarakaya yanakaashtikiya neshtaka.

Tushnin anakatesh tateshtikiya.
Creating and encouraging respect for your own understandings.
And for their own.
And sitting with your light of joy.
Anytime these feelings of frustration of these lower vibrations occur.
Remember your light.
The light of joy.
Connecting with.
The colour that you may associate joy with and that could be your own choice of colour.
The colour that you see,
The colour that you feel.
And remembering to fill yourself up with this light in any moment of the day or night.

Frequencies and vibrations that no longer serve you.
