Feel the vibrations buzz in the belly. The solar plexus is located between the bottom ribs and above the navel. This energy center is usually associated with the sense of self and willpower. Use this light language to recalibrate and balance the energy flow in this area to then permeate out into the physical. Welcome to Ivy Love Language.

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position or perhaps lay down.

As we focus and set our intention today to feel the area of the solar plexus.

Just above the navel.

If you like you can place your hands here and imagine a sun radiating.

Breathe.

Feel the vibrations radiate from this area expanding out into the organs and into your extremities.

This area is sometimes associated with a sense of will,

Willpower,

Identity,

A sense of self.

Allow yourself to feel the vibrations of the light language to perhaps stimulate or even balance the movement of the chakra of the energy flow in the area.

Whatever arises for you allow it to arise to be seen,

To be felt,

To be heard and to flow through.

Tumukkurrata aiya.

Observe the stories that arise without getting lost in the stories,

But observe it.

Akuamakai tarvata aiye ti avakai.

Allow your soul to feel.

Allow yourself to connect to your soul.

E me ke makaya nakaukaha haa yata tarvata shetiya.

Breathe.

Breathe with your entire body.

Allow yourself to exhale and really feel yourself exhale.

Uthuru amaya te me kutta aayika haa.

Maka makaiye shetiya makaya turu aaya te ke ne kea taya takaya tu.

Aaya.

It is that balance between will,

Control and surrender.

The balance between feeling listening.

Hearing and then taking action from the heart from the mind.

Feel what resonates with you and release what doesn't resonate with you.

Or perhaps what feels that is not in harmony with you.

Breathing out.

Come back to your natural breath.
