Laying down,
Walking,
Commuting,
Or traveling.
All we're going to do is breathe together.
If you feel safe,
You may close your eyes.
Breathing deeply through your nose,
Hold for a few seconds,
Exhale slowly through your mouth,
As low as you can.
Inhale deeply again,
Hold,
Exhale slowly.
Last one,
Make it count,
Inhale,
Hold,
Keep holding,
Exhale as low as you can.
Stay here for a few seconds.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes gently.
You may come back to this practice as many times as you need.
