Make sure your legs are uncrossed,

Neck and head are aligned.
Release any tension in your body.
Unclench your jaw.
And most importantly,
Make sure your heart is open.
Let's begin this practice with three grounding breaths.
Inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Hold.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale slowly.
One more.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale as low as you can.
Come back to your natural breath.
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.
Finding your own pace,
Your own rhythm.
Connecting to your breath.
Connecting to yourself.
Let the earth hold you.
Connect with the earth and the universe as well.
Feel the energy surrounding you right now.
And use the music to bring you to this present moment.

To make mistakes,
To learn,
To unlearn.
You're here to change over and over again.
You're here to feel,
To feel it all.
