COURSE

Meditation Toolbox

With Jacinta Lanz

You'll learn six simple tools which you can choose to use together or separately; posture, breath, senses and sensations, thoughts, observation and intention. With each tool we'll talk a little bit of theory at the beginning followed by a short practice. Equipped with our new skills, we will all join a longer meditation practice at our last session. If you want to start meditating or if you need to refresh or strengthen your practice, this is the perfect container, where everyone is welcome.

Meet your Teacher

Jacinta has found her purpose in sharing the tools she has learned over the years in her own practice with the world, and believes in making meditation more accessible and inclusive. She has been guiding meditation circles since 2020. She completed a 100 hour meditation teacher training at The Mindry in Malibu, which not only expanded her knowledge, but also her love and dedication to this important work.

I have been meditating for a while now, about 9 months or so, but I learned how to properly set myself up for the practice and to use all my senses in the process of meditating. Thank you for offering this course to further my journey! 🥰
