Hello and welcome.

This breath flow will help to slow down the mind,

Slow down the heart,

And let our bodies know we are safe and all is well.

You can be laying down or sitting up in a comfortable position,

Taking a deep breath all the way in and all the way out,

And doing that again all the way in and a big sigh out.

And when you are ready,

Closing the eyes,

We will start with a simple breathing in for five and breathing out for five.

And when you are ready,

Breathing in with me,
